J農(nóng)商行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信貸發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:金融業(yè)是信息技術(shù)極為敏感的行業(yè),每一次重大信息技術(shù)創(chuàng)新都全方位地改變了銀行業(yè)和金融業(yè)的運(yùn)作模式。以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為核心、挖掘和運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)的第三次工業(yè)革命——互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融,徹底改變了傳統(tǒng)金融的運(yùn)作模式,徹底改變了銀行業(yè)和金融業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、生態(tài)鏈和生存空間。特別是2014年3月,在十二屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議上,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融”一詞被正式寫入了政府工作報(bào)告之中,標(biāo)志著這一新生事物取得了名正言順的市場(chǎng)地位和決策層的認(rèn)同;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展至今,已經(jīng)從輔助向傳統(tǒng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供信息和承擔(dān)中介職能,外延發(fā)展到支付、財(cái)富管理等方面,對(duì)銀行最核心的信貸業(yè)務(wù)也產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。作為農(nóng)村金融的主力軍,以農(nóng)村信用社為主的區(qū)域性銀行已經(jīng)站在了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的風(fēng)口浪尖上,正面臨前所未有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力和嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)。本文站在理論探索與實(shí)踐分析相結(jié)合的角度,總結(jié)大量國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)資料,充分探討互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信貸的概念、業(yè)態(tài)形式,全面綜述和總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)驗(yàn)與借鑒,以“J農(nóng)商行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信貸發(fā)展對(duì)策”為對(duì)象,經(jīng)過實(shí)地考察、比較分析、案例分析等,找到作為農(nóng)村金融主力軍的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信貸的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與方向,從而使J農(nóng)商行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信貸發(fā)展策略研究更加有針對(duì)性和可行性,為論文的完成提供了較為科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。文章在結(jié)構(gòu)上共分為五章,第一章為導(dǎo)論,主要說明本題目的研究背景、目的、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究的內(nèi)容和方法等;第二章為相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ);第三章為J農(nóng)商行發(fā)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信貸的現(xiàn)狀分析和戰(zhàn)略意義;第四章為J農(nóng)商行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信貸發(fā)展策略;第五章為結(jié)論與展望,概括性指出研究結(jié)論及以后應(yīng)進(jìn)一步研究的方向。進(jìn)入“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”時(shí)代的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行正處于生死存亡的關(guān)鍵歷史結(jié)點(diǎn),必須以放手一搏、孤注一擲的勇氣和決心,在包括信貸在內(nèi)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域改變自我、大膽創(chuàng)新、與時(shí)俱進(jìn),才能順應(yīng)內(nèi)外部形勢(shì)的快速變化,以有效的應(yīng)對(duì)策略在逆境中求得一條生存發(fā)展之路。本文立足J農(nóng)商行實(shí)際,從內(nèi)外部環(huán)境角度分析提出的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念轉(zhuǎn)型、客戶關(guān)懷培養(yǎng)、電子供應(yīng)鏈金融創(chuàng)新、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控和技術(shù)支撐等戰(zhàn)略選擇與策略研究,對(duì)于中小銀行如何應(yīng)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融帶來的危機(jī)有著一定的借鑒意義,對(duì)于中小銀行的創(chuàng)新監(jiān)管起到?jīng)Q策參考作用。
[Abstract]:Financial industry is extremely sensitive to information technology. Every major information technology innovation has changed the operation mode of banking and financial industry in all directions. With Internet technology as the core, the third industrial revolution, Internet finance, based on big data, completely changed the operation mode of traditional finance and the industry chain of banking and financial industry. Ecological chain and living space. Especially in March 2014, at the second session of the Twelfth National people's Congress, the word "Internet finance" was formally written into the government work report, which indicates that this new thing has gained a fair market position and the recognition of policy makers. The development of Internet finance has changed from providing information to traditional financial institutions and undertaking intermediary functions, extending to payment, wealth management and so on, which has also had a certain impact on the core credit business of banks. As the main force of rural finance, regional banks, mainly rural credit cooperatives, have stood at the forefront of the "Internet" and are facing unprecedented competitive pressure and severe situation. Based on the combination of theoretical exploration and practical analysis, this paper summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign research literature, fully discusses the concept of Internet credit, business form, comprehensive summary and summary of domestic and foreign advanced commercial bank experience and reference. Taking "the countermeasures for the development of Internet credit of J Rural Commercial Bank" as the object, through field investigation, comparative analysis, case analysis and so on, this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and directions of rural commercial banks as the main force of rural finance to develop Internet credit. Therefore, it makes the research of Internet credit development strategy of J Agricultural and Commercial Bank more pertinent and feasible, and provides a more scientific theoretical and practical basis for the completion of the thesis. The article is divided into five chapters in structure, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly explains the research background, the purpose, the significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research content and the method and so on, the second chapter is the related concept and the theory foundation; The third chapter is the current situation analysis and strategic significance of the development of Internet credit of J agribusiness bank; the fourth chapter is the development strategy of J agricultural firm's Internet credit; the fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect, and points out the conclusion of the research and the direction that should be further studied in the future. The rural commercial banks entering the era of "Internet" are at the key historical point of survival and death. They must change themselves, innovate boldly and keep pace with the times in all fields, including credit, with the courage and determination of fighting with one hand and putting all their efforts in one throw. In order to adapt to the rapid changes of internal and external situations, we can find a way to survive and develop in adversity with effective coping strategies. Based on the reality of J agribusiness, this paper analyzes the strategic choice and strategy research from the angle of internal and external environment, such as transformation of management concept, cultivation of customer care, innovation of electronic supply chain finance, prevention and control of risks and technical support, etc. It has certain reference significance for medium and small banks how to deal with the crisis brought by Internet finance, and plays a decision reference role for the innovation supervision of small and medium-sized banks.
