【摘要】：正浙江大學(xué)證券期貨研究所現(xiàn)有教師20人,其中教授、博導(dǎo)8人,副教授9人。近年來,研究所引進了若干海外年輕人才,提升了研究所的科研與教學(xué)水平。研究所主要研究方向包括:金融機構(gòu)與金融制度、國際金融市場、公司金融、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、資本市場、海外并購、國際投資與跨國公司、金融工程、投資銀行等。研究所與國內(nèi)政府機構(gòu)、金融機構(gòu)及企業(yè)建立了長期廣泛的聯(lián)系,經(jīng)常舉辦各類學(xué)術(shù)沙龍和論壇及投資項目大賽等,對提高教師科研水平和
[Abstract]:Zhejiang University, the existing Institute of Securities Futures 20 teachers, including professors, Ph.D. 8, associate professors 9. In recent years, the institute has introduced a number of young people from overseas to improve its scientific research and teaching. The main research interests include: financial institutions and financial systems, international financial markets, corporate finance, Internet finance, capital markets, overseas mergers and acquisitions, international investment and transnational corporations, financial engineering, investment banking, etc. The Institute has established long-term and extensive contacts with government agencies, financial institutions and enterprises in the country, often holding various academic salons and forums and investment project competitions, etc., in order to improve the scientific research level of teachers.
