六西格瑪在銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:銀行屬于服務(wù)行業(yè),對于銀行業(yè)來說,服務(wù)的各個(gè)流程特別重要。尤其是信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,必須從流程視角分析與管控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 本文第一章首先介紹了論文的研究背景、主要研究內(nèi)容和意義。第二章對六西格瑪管理及其在金融業(yè)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了綜述研究,第三章介紹了六西格瑪在信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的應(yīng)用,第四章論述了六西格瑪對銀行業(yè)的重要意義以及現(xiàn)在銀行業(yè)運(yùn)用六西格瑪?shù)恼`區(qū)。第五章介紹了?谵r(nóng)商行運(yùn)用六西格瑪?shù)那闆r,為本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié)。基于客戶之聲理念和建設(shè)“四化”流程銀行的設(shè)想,提出了運(yùn)用六西格瑪?shù)睦碚搧斫⒘鞒蹄y行。然后將這種防范運(yùn)用到?谵r(nóng)商行中,,來改進(jìn)它的信貸流程。通過一系列的分析,得出這種方法切實(shí)可行,并且取得了不錯(cuò)的成效?梢越档统杀,提升顧客滿意度,增加銀行的利潤等。 第六章為結(jié)論部分。在我國銀行業(yè)面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)之時(shí),將六西格瑪方法應(yīng)用于銀行的流程改造,能幫助銀行縮減成本,提高客戶滿意度,從而留住顧客,提高自身競爭力。對于銀行來說,應(yīng)該將六西格瑪作為一種企業(yè)文化,讓每個(gè)銀行成員都牢記這種文化,讓我國銀行業(yè)走上卓越的成功之路。
[Abstract]:Banks belong to the service industry, for the banking sector, service processes are particularly important. Especially credit risk management, we must analyze and control risk from the perspective of process. The first chapter introduces the research background, main research content and significance. The second chapter summarizes the six Sigma management and its application in the financial industry. The third chapter introduces the application of six Sigma in credit risk management. The fourth chapter discusses the significance of six Sigma to the banking industry and the misunderstanding of using six Sigma in banking. The fifth chapter introduces the application of six Sigma in Haikou Agricultural and Commercial Bank, which is the key chapter of this paper. Based on the idea of "customer voice" and the idea of constructing "four modernizations" process bank, this paper puts forward the application of six Sigma theory to establish process bank. Then this kind of precaution is applied to Haikou agribusiness to improve its credit flow. Through a series of analysis, it is found that this method is feasible and has achieved good results. Can reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, increase bank profits and so on. Chapter six is the conclusion. At a time when China's banking industry is facing enormous challenges, applying the six Sigma method to the process transformation of banks can help banks reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, retain customers and improve their own competitiveness. For banks, six Sigma should be regarded as a kind of corporate culture, which should be remembered by every member of the bank.
