【摘要】：對(duì)外直接投資和貿(mào)易是拉動(dòng)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的兩個(gè)重要因素。21世紀(jì)以來(lái),中國(guó)和拉美地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)往來(lái)顯著加強(qiáng),主要體現(xiàn)在投資和貿(mào)易兩個(gè)方面。中國(guó)對(duì)拉美地區(qū)直接投資的特點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)為增速快、存量小、覆蓋面在提高、內(nèi)部方差在增加以及實(shí)業(yè)投資相對(duì)不足;中國(guó)與拉美地區(qū)雙邊貿(mào)易的特點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)為發(fā)展速度較快、貿(mào)易伙伴集中以及商品種類(lèi)明確。本文分析了中拉之間投資與貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀,提出中國(guó)對(duì)拉美的直接投資是否促進(jìn)了雙邊貿(mào)易的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)研究進(jìn)行詳細(xì)梳理,并結(jié)合2003—2014年中國(guó)與拉美8國(guó)的雙邊貿(mào)易和直接投資數(shù)據(jù),采用面板模型對(duì)中拉在直接投資和貿(mào)易方面的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)論表明,中國(guó)對(duì)拉美的直接投資短期內(nèi)對(duì)中拉貿(mào)易量沒(méi)有顯著影響,但從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看,直接投資會(huì)促進(jìn)中國(guó)從拉美的進(jìn)口,但會(huì)抑制中國(guó)對(duì)拉美的出口。結(jié)合上述研究結(jié)論與現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展形勢(shì),本文從實(shí)體產(chǎn)業(yè)和虛擬服務(wù)業(yè)、微觀監(jiān)管和宏觀法律制定等角度提出旨在促進(jìn)中拉之間投資和貿(mào)易良性互動(dòng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment and trade are two important factors to promote the economic development of a country. Since the 21st century, the economic exchanges between China and Latin America have been strengthened significantly, mainly in the aspects of investment and trade. The characteristics of China's direct investment in Latin America are fast growth, small stock, increasing coverage, increasing internal variance and relatively insufficient industrial investment, while bilateral trade between China and Latin America is characterized by rapid development. Concentration of trading partners and clear types of commodities. This paper analyzes the present situation of investment and trade between China and Latin America, and puts forward the question whether Chinese direct investment in Latin America promotes bilateral trade. By combing the existing literatures and combining the bilateral trade and direct investment data between China and eight Latin American countries from 2003 to 2014, the panel model is used to analyze the relationship between China and Latin America in direct investment and trade. The conclusion shows that China's direct investment in Latin America has no significant impact on the volume of Sino-Latin American trade in the short term, but in the long run, direct investment will promote China's imports from Latin America, but will restrain China's exports to Latin America. Combined with the above conclusions and the present development situation, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions aimed at promoting the benign interaction of investment and trade between China and Latin America from the angles of real industry and virtual service industry, micro supervision and macro law making.
