【摘要】：基于供給學(xué)派基本理論,結(jié)合中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的具體實(shí)踐,深度分析了供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革對(duì)資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的作用機(jī)理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革從制度設(shè)計(jì)、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整等三個(gè)方面作用于資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展,同時(shí)也存在諸多的制約因素和瓶頸。未來(lái)在供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革推進(jìn)過(guò)程中,應(yīng)通過(guò)建立供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革與資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展銜接與評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)資本市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新和監(jiān)管創(chuàng)新、完善資本市場(chǎng)融資功能等整體推進(jìn)資本市場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,為實(shí)現(xiàn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革目標(biāo)奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic theory of supply school and the practice of China's economic development, the mechanism of supply-side structural reform on the development of capital market is analyzed in depth. It is found that supply-side structural reform plays an important role in the development of capital market from three aspects: institutional design, innovation drive and industrial adjustment, and there are many restrictive factors and bottlenecks at the same time. In the future, in the process of promoting supply-side structural reform, we should strengthen the innovation of capital market structure and supervision by establishing the linkage and evaluation mechanism between supply-side structural reform and capital market development. Improving the financing function of the capital market and promoting the stable development of the capital market will lay the foundation for the realization of the supply-side structural reform.
