【摘要】：本文分析銀企關(guān)系、政治聯(lián)系是否有利于民營(yíng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資。以我國(guó)2006—2015年在滬深交易所上市的民營(yíng)企業(yè)為樣本,以這些企業(yè)的高管是否曾經(jīng)或現(xiàn)在在金融機(jī)構(gòu)任職來(lái)判斷企業(yè)是否具有銀企關(guān)系,以企業(yè)的董事長(zhǎng)或者總經(jīng)理是否是前任或現(xiàn)任的政府官員、人大代表或政協(xié)委員來(lái)判斷企業(yè)是否具有政治聯(lián)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)銀企關(guān)系、政治聯(lián)系均顯著地正向影響了其對(duì)外直接投資;企業(yè)的融資約束越高,政治聯(lián)系的投資效應(yīng)越明顯,而在低市場(chǎng)化地區(qū),政治聯(lián)系的這種投資效應(yīng)也更顯著。本文的結(jié)論對(duì)于理解銀企關(guān)系、政治聯(lián)系對(duì)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的影響具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the relationship between banks and enterprises, whether political ties are conducive to foreign direct investment of private enterprises.Taking the private enterprises listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2006 to 2015 as a sample, whether the senior executives of these enterprises have or are working in financial institutions to judge whether the enterprises have a bank or enterprise relationship,Whether the chairman or general manager of the company is a former or current government official, NPC deputy or CPPCC member is used to judge whether the company has political ties.It is found that the relationship between banks and enterprises and the political connections have a significant positive impact on their outward direct investment, and the higher the financing constraints of enterprises, the more obvious the investment effect of political ties, while in the low market-oriented areas,This investment effect of political ties is also more pronounced.The conclusion of this paper has some reference value for understanding the relationship between banks and enterprises and the influence of political connection on foreign direct investment.
