【摘要】：農業(yè)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展將有力推動農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,農村經濟的發(fā)展離不開金融的支持,現(xiàn)今我國農業(yè)尤其是從事種養(yǎng)業(yè)面臨的貸款難、融資貴的問題。而我國的融資租賃進入了快速發(fā)展階段,使用融資租賃的方式可能成為解決養(yǎng)殖業(yè)企業(yè)融資難的問題的新方法。我國對于將融資租賃方式應用于養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的研究還處于初始的起步階段,現(xiàn)今階段,針對融資租賃應用于活體的融資的方式只有新聞報道,對其深入的研究也只是極少數(shù)的期刊敘述或分析過。而本文的研究將結合中國養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的實際情況,將融資租賃方式應用于養(yǎng)殖業(yè),實現(xiàn)融資租賃與活體結合,設計活體融資租賃新方式,對促進融資租賃的創(chuàng)新有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。這一研究將豐富我國融資租賃與養(yǎng)殖業(yè)融資的理論體系,提供拓寬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)融資渠道的方式。本論文選用的案例是宜信租賃公司的活體融資租賃項目,并對其進行了具體分析,首先對宜信租賃公司的活體融資租賃項目產生的背景進行詳細的介紹,并具體分析了活體融資租賃項目的業(yè)務模式、方案設計、業(yè)務流程以及風險和風險管理,為將來開展活體融資租賃業(yè)務提供了借鑒依據(jù)。其次分析了活體融資租賃應用于養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的必要性和可行性,將活體租賃的融資方式與銀行貸款融資方式采用定性分析和定量分析的方法進行比較與分析,分析活體融資租賃更具有優(yōu)勢,為活體融資租賃的開展給出了理論依據(jù)。最后分析了我國目前開展活體融資租賃存在的問題,并結合問題從法律、政府、融資租賃當事人三方給出了相應的建議。本文論證說明了活體融資租賃是能有效的解決養(yǎng)殖業(yè)融資難問題的方法,為探索養(yǎng)殖業(yè)融資路徑研究提供有益的參考,希望融資租賃方式能更好促進農業(yè)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of agricultural breeding industry will promote the modernization of agriculture, and the development of rural economy can not be separated from the support of finance. Nowadays, China's agriculture, especially in the field of planting and raising, is faced with the problem of difficult loans and expensive financing.However, the financing lease in our country has entered a rapid development stage, and the way of financing lease may become a new method to solve the problem of financing difficulties of aquaculture enterprises.The research on the application of financial leasing to aquaculture industry in China is still in the initial stage. Nowadays, the only way to apply finance lease to live financing is news report.Its in-depth study is only a few journals have described or analyzed.The research in this paper will combine with the actual situation of China's aquaculture industry, apply the financing lease mode to the aquaculture industry, realize the combination of financing lease and living body, and design a new way of living financing lease, which has a strong practical significance to promote the innovation of financing lease.This study will enrich the theoretical system of finance leasing and aquaculture financing in China, and provide a way to broaden the financing channels of aquaculture industry.The case of this paper is the living finance lease project of EIC leasing company, and it is analyzed concretely. Firstly, the background of the living finance lease project of Yi Xin leasing company is introduced in detail.The business model, scheme design, business process, risk and risk management of living finance lease project are analyzed in detail, which provides a reference for developing living finance lease business in the future.Secondly, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of living finance lease in aquaculture, and compares and analyzes the financing mode of living lease and bank loan by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The analysis of living finance lease has more advantages and provides the theoretical basis for the development of living finance lease.Finally, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of living finance lease in our country, and gives corresponding suggestions from the law, the government and the parties to the financing lease.This paper demonstrates that living finance lease is an effective method to solve the financing problem of aquaculture industry, and provides a useful reference for exploring the financing path of aquaculture industry. It is hoped that the financing lease method can better promote the development of agricultural aquaculture industry.
