【摘要】：正2016年,保險資金在資本市場屢掀波瀾、頻頻舉牌上市公司,從萬科到南玻,再到中國建筑和格力電器,險資所到之處引發(fā)市場震動。對于險資在股市"快進(jìn)快出"的投機(jī)行為,以及舉牌亂象背后的杠桿收購,監(jiān)管層措辭嚴(yán)厲,出臺了一系列針對性措施。這意味著險資舉牌將面臨更為嚴(yán)厲的監(jiān)管,同時萬能險無序發(fā)展態(tài)勢也將宣告結(jié)束。
[Abstract]:In 2016, insurance funds repeatedly stirred waves in the capital market, frequently raising the names of listed companies, from Vanke to Nambo, to Chinese construction and Gree electrical appliances, causing market tremors wherever the insurance funds went.Regulators have sharply worded a series of targeted measures against speculative "fast-in and fast-out" speculation in the stock market and the leveraged buyouts behind the chaos.That would mean tougher regulation and an end to the disorderly development of universal insurance.
