【摘要】：首先,從人口與就業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、社會發(fā)展、對外開放等方面選取42個指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了非洲國家投資環(huán)境綜合評價指標(biāo)體系,接著采用熵權(quán)法對非洲52個國家的投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行了定量評價,最后采用聚類分析法和空間自相關(guān)分析對其空間差異特征進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果顯示:非洲各國的投資環(huán)境差異顯著,分布很不平衡,北部地區(qū)投資環(huán)境較好,南部地區(qū)次之,西部地區(qū)、東部地區(qū)和中部地區(qū)較差。根據(jù)非洲國家投資環(huán)境評價值的大小,可以劃分為四種類型:好(T0.15)、較好(0.08T0.15)、較差(0.04T0.08)和差(T0.04)。非洲國家投資環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)顯著的空間正相關(guān)關(guān)系,即投資環(huán)境好的國家周圍往往是投資環(huán)境好的國家,而投資環(huán)境差的國家周圍往往也是投資環(huán)境差的國家,呈現(xiàn)出明顯的同類集聚現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:First of all, from the aspects of population and employment, economic development, infrastructure, social development and opening to the outside world, 42 indicators are selected to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the investment environment of African countries.Then, the investment environment of 52 countries in Africa is evaluated quantitatively by entropy weight method. Finally, the spatial difference characteristics are analyzed by cluster analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis.The results show that the investment environment of African countries is very different and the distribution is very uneven. The investment environment in the northern region is better than that in the southern region, and the western region, the eastern region and the central region are poor.According to the value of investment environment assessment in African countries, it can be divided into four types: T0.15, 0.08T0.15, 0.04T0.08) and 0.04T0.04.There is a significant positive spatial correlation between the investment environment of African countries and that of the countries with good investment environment and those with poor investment environment.There is obvious congener agglomeration phenomenon.
