保障房信息模型及推送機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:目前,我國的保障房管理信息化建設(shè)雖有所發(fā)展,但與普通住房信息相比,用戶對保障房的建設(shè)、質(zhì)量、審批、使用等環(huán)節(jié)信息透明度要求更高。而目前缺乏針對保障房信息服務(wù)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和系統(tǒng),不能有效實現(xiàn)政府管理部門和社會用戶之間的信息溝通,也難以為用戶提供高質(zhì)量的信息服務(wù)。從技術(shù)層面來看,主要因為保障房在建設(shè)和管理過程中涉及政府、企業(yè)、供應(yīng)商、用戶等多個信息提供者,涉及的信息種類多,而對于保障房信息的類型、格式缺乏統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。此外,如何使保障房信息的收集和發(fā)布安全、可靠、高效,是保障房信息管理中的另一個突出問題。針對這些問題,本文首先對保障房建設(shè)過程中涉及的信息源、信息內(nèi)容、用戶和信息發(fā)布者進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃和分類,建立了相應(yīng)的信息模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對保障房信息的收集和推送過程中面臨的主要問題進(jìn)行了深入研究,從政府相關(guān)部門之間的信息推送和政府職能部門與群眾之間的信息推送展開了多層面的分析和研究。研究對象包括不同類型用戶對保障房信息需求的差異性分析、保障房信息收集過程及涉及的信息安全和不可抵賴性、保障房信息推送方式和信息內(nèi)容的選擇和優(yōu)化,提出了保障房信息推送的整體流程。以此為基礎(chǔ),針對保障房信息服務(wù)對象的不同,提出了分類推送技術(shù)、差別化推送技術(shù)、驗證碼推送技術(shù)等個性化的保障房信息推送技術(shù),為提高保障房信息推送服務(wù)質(zhì)量提供了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。以保障房信息分類、用戶分類、識別信息需求和個性化推送技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),提出了一個保障房信息推送系統(tǒng)的原型構(gòu)建方案,為保障房信息推送系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)實現(xiàn)提供了參考。由于保障房信息推送包括多個流程,涉及用戶類型多,范圍廣,信息傳輸路線長,在保障房信息推送過程中,存在著信息抵賴、信息虛假、信息篡改、信息格式、信息安全等問題,如果不能有效地解決,將嚴(yán)重影響保障房的信息推送。針對這些問題,本文在分析保障房信息特點的基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的安全對策,提出了統(tǒng)一信息格式、進(jìn)行信息比對、加密密鑰管理方案,為解決信息格式、信息安全等問題提供了解決辦法。同時,將數(shù)字簽名技術(shù)、數(shù)字水印技術(shù)引入到保障房信息的收集和推送過程中,為解決保障房信息在網(wǎng)上的安全傳輸、保證保障房信息完整性和防抵賴提供了技術(shù)對策。本文的創(chuàng)新點:提出了基于保障房信息模型和信息流程特點的差異化信息推送方案,有助于保障房信息用戶及時、準(zhǔn)確、高效地獲得其所需的信息服務(wù),促進(jìn)用戶與政府部門及保障房建設(shè)涉及的實體之問的溝通。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of indemnificatory apartment management information in China has developed, but compared with ordinary housing information, users have higher requirements for information transparency in the construction, quality, examination and approval, use and other links.However, there is a lack of technical standards and systems for indemnificatory apartment's information service, which can not effectively realize the information communication between government management departments and social users, and it is also difficult to provide high quality information services for users.From a technical point of view, mainly because indemnificatory apartment involves many information providers such as government, enterprises, suppliers, users and other information providers in the process of construction and management, there are many kinds of information involved, but for the type of indemnificatory apartment information,The format lacks a uniform standard.In addition, how to make indemnificatory apartment information collection and distribution safe, reliable and efficient is another outstanding problem in the information management of indemnificatory apartment.Aiming at these problems, this paper first plans and classifies the information sources, information content, users and information publishers involved in the construction of indemnificatory apartment, and establishes the corresponding information model.On this basis, the main problems in the process of collecting and pushing indemnificatory apartment's information have been deeply studied.This paper analyzes and studies the information push between the relevant government departments and between the government function departments and the masses.The research objects include the analysis of different types of users' demand for indemnificatory apartment's information, the information collection process and the information security and non-repudiation involved, the selection and optimization of indemnificatory apartment's information push mode and information content.Put forward the overall flow of indemnificatory apartment information push.On this basis, aiming at the different objects of indemnificatory apartment's information service, the paper puts forward some personalized technologies such as classified push technology, differential push technology, authentication code push technology and so on.To improve indemnificatory apartment information push service quality to provide the technical basis.Based on indemnificatory apartment information classification, user classification, identification information demand and personalized push technology, a prototype construction scheme of indemnificatory apartment information push system is proposed, which provides a reference for the development and implementation of indemnificatory apartment information push system.Because indemnificatory apartment's information push includes many processes, involving many user types, wide scope, and long information transmission route, there are information repudiation, false information, information tampering, information format in the information push process of indemnificatory apartment.Information security and other problems, if not effectively resolved, will seriously affect indemnificatory apartment's information push.Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding security countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of indemnificatory apartment information, and puts forward a unified information format, information comparison, encryption key management scheme, in order to solve the information format,Information security and other issues provide solutions.At the same time, the digital signature technology and digital watermarking technology are introduced into the collection and push process of indemnificatory apartment information, which provides technical countermeasures to solve the secure transmission of indemnificatory apartment information on the Internet and to ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of indemnificatory apartment information.The innovation of this paper: put forward the differential information push scheme based on indemnificatory apartment information model and information flow characteristics, which is helpful for the user to get the information service they need in time, accurately and efficiently.Promote communication between users and entities involved in government departments and indemnificatory apartment construction.
