【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展,各國競(jìng)爭日趨激烈,高新技術(shù)水平成為衡量國家綜合國力的重要標(biāo)志。高新技術(shù)企業(yè)作為高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的載體,代表著未來企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,已成為推動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)向前發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。企業(yè)總部數(shù)量關(guān)系到一個(gè)城市、地區(qū)甚至國家的競(jìng)爭力和影響力。由于高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部的空間分布不僅與城市體系結(jié)構(gòu)和擁有的創(chuàng)新資源有著緊密的聯(lián)系,其集聚程度也關(guān)系到城市在金融體系和國家整體創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略中的位置,甚至決定了城市在整個(gè)地區(qū)和國家中的綜合地位。故本文在梳理相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,考察中國上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部的時(shí)空分布規(guī)律,在計(jì)算地理集中指數(shù)、變異系數(shù)及基尼系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)中國上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部的空間集中程度及地區(qū)差異變化進(jìn)行探討,通過分析重心變化進(jìn)一步研究時(shí)空變化規(guī)律,最后用回歸分析法對(duì)空間分布的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部集中于北部、東部和南部3大沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū),并以4大城市圈環(huán)渤海、山東、長江三角洲和珠江三角洲主導(dǎo),在中國地域范圍內(nèi)呈集聚分布態(tài)勢(shì)。(2)城市的行政等級(jí)和城市所擁有的上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部數(shù)量密切相關(guān)。首先,在大型高新技術(shù)企業(yè)中,國有及國有控股性質(zhì)的企業(yè)所占比重較高。其次,高行政等級(jí)的城市擁有更多的上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部,直轄市及副省會(huì)城市以較少的城市數(shù)量占據(jù)了較大份額的企業(yè)總部及營業(yè)收入。最后,省會(huì)城市是一省經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的領(lǐng)頭羊。(3)中國上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)涉及19個(gè)領(lǐng)域,在前15個(gè)行業(yè)中北京、上海及深圳三個(gè)城市幾乎囊括了所有行業(yè)的前三名。各個(gè)行業(yè)擁有的總部數(shù)量排在前3名的城市在全國所占比重很大。制造業(yè)占全部數(shù)量的62.9%,處于絕對(duì)主導(dǎo)地位。(4)不同板塊的上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部的空間分布存在著一定的差異。主板高新技術(shù)企業(yè)分布較為均衡,且主要以國有企業(yè)為主;中小板和創(chuàng)業(yè)板的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)更傾向于分布在經(jīng)濟(jì)較為發(fā)達(dá)和創(chuàng)新資源豐富的地區(qū)。(5)研究期內(nèi),中國上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部分布的時(shí)空演化格局呈現(xiàn)如下規(guī)律:空間分布先由集中向均衡方向發(fā)展,之后這種趨勢(shì)被打破,不均衡態(tài)勢(shì)向增強(qiáng)方向發(fā)展,地區(qū)差異擴(kuò)大。其次,上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部的空間分布呈現(xiàn)東部主導(dǎo)的三核共振格局,在研究期內(nèi)比較穩(wěn)定,表現(xiàn)出一定程度的空間分布惰性和時(shí)間慣性。(6)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、全球化程度、城市等級(jí)、金融服務(wù)業(yè)、信息服務(wù)業(yè)、科技創(chuàng)新服務(wù)、交通服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)于城市上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)總部的集聚都具有明顯的正向促進(jìn)作用。對(duì)其空間分布的集聚變化動(dòng)因分析中,發(fā)現(xiàn)前期在國家政策推動(dòng)下,形成了以東部為主,中西部全面發(fā)展的格局,但后期東部憑借自身優(yōu)勢(shì)及外界刺激不斷強(qiáng)化,循環(huán)累積,而中西部發(fā)展后勁明顯不足,差距呈現(xiàn)不斷擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century, with the further development of world economic globalization, the increasingly fierce competition, high technology level has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive national strength. High tech enterprises as the carrier of the high-tech industry, represent the future direction of development of enterprises, has become a strong impetus to the world economy. The relationship between the number of corporate headquarters to a a city, regional and national competitiveness and influence. Because of the space distribution of high-tech enterprise headquarters not only has a close relationship with city architecture and has the innovation resources, the degree of agglomeration is also related to the city in the whole financial system and the national innovation strategy in place, or even determine the status of the city in the region and comprehensive in countries. Therefore, based on the relevant research on the effects of space Chinese listed high-tech enterprise headquarters branch In the calculation of distribution, geographic concentration index, variance coefficient and Gini coefficient based on the China listed high-tech enterprises headquarters space concentration difference degree and area are discussed, through the analysis of the change of gravity further research on the temporal and spatial variation, finally makes an empirical study on the factors affecting the spatial distribution by regression analysis method. The results show that: (1) the listed high-tech enterprise headquarters in northern, Eastern and southern coastal economic zone 3, and the 4 largest city of Shandong, Bohai ring, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are dominant, agglomeration distribution trend in China region. (2) the number of the city's administrative level and city owned the listed high-tech enterprise headquarters closely related. (3) China listed high-tech enterprises in 19 areas, in the top 15 in the industry Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen three city almost all industries in the top three. (5) during the study period, time and space distribution of high-tech enterprises based Chinese listed evolution pattern showed the following characteristics: the spatial distribution of the focus to the balanced development direction, this trend is broken, uneven situation to enhance the direction of development, regional differences expanded.
