【摘要】：企業(yè)管理在信息技術(shù)浪潮的沖擊和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的時(shí)代背景下發(fā)生了新的變革,BPR正是在這場(chǎng)變革中孕育而生。近年來(lái)在世界各國(guó)及中國(guó),對(duì)BPR理論的研究和實(shí)踐都方興未艾。目前,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,各企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也十分激烈,管理工作對(duì)于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)顯得尤為重要。采用流程管理,對(duì)公司的流程進(jìn)行再造會(huì)是一個(gè)新的選擇。這對(duì)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展及BPR理論的發(fā)展都具有重要的理論意義。羅牛山地產(chǎn)能夠通過(guò)實(shí)施BPR,實(shí)現(xiàn)了流程有效優(yōu)化,工作效率顯著增強(qiáng),整體管理水平提高,從而使企業(yè)取得更好的效益,對(duì)公司的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展具有重大意義,對(duì)集團(tuán)內(nèi)其他公司的管理也有重要的借鑒意義。 本文在房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)管理中引入BPR管理思想,與企業(yè)管理的實(shí)際操作相結(jié)合,通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境變化的分析,在企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,采用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),解決企業(yè)的效率低下、客戶投訴較多等主要的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。本文探討了BPR理論在房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的實(shí)際運(yùn)用,通過(guò)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)核心流程——規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)流程的診斷和分析,綜合使用流程再造的方法、程序、技術(shù)工具和實(shí)施途徑,對(duì)企業(yè)制定可操作性強(qiáng)的BPR方案,同時(shí)對(duì)再造方案的實(shí)施和保障進(jìn)行一些有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the impact of information technology wave and the globalization of global economy, business management has undergone new changes. BPR has been born in recent years in the world and in China. The research and practice of BPR theory are in the ascendant. At present, with the rapid development of the real estate industry and the fierce competition among the enterprises, the management work is especially important for the real estate enterprises. Reengineering the company's process will be a new choice, which has important theoretical significance for the development of real estate enterprises and the development of BPR theory. The efficiency of work is greatly enhanced, and the overall management level is improved, thus making the enterprise obtain better benefits, which is of great significance to the further development of the company and to the management of other companies in the group as well as to the management of other companies in the group. This paper introduces the idea of BPR management into the management of real estate enterprises, combines with the actual operation of the enterprise management, through the analysis of the changes of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, under the guidance of the development strategy of the enterprise, adopts the modern information technology. This paper discusses the practical application of BPR theory in real estate enterprises, through the diagnosis and analysis of the core flow-planning and design process of real estate enterprises. The methods, procedures, technical tools and implementation methods of process reengineering are used comprehensively to make the BPR scheme which is operable and strong, and at the same time, to carry on some beneficial exploration to the implementation and guarantee of the reengineering scheme.
