【摘要】：隨著"一帶一路"的深入實施,中國-巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟走廊建設(shè)的持續(xù)推進以及中國和巴基斯坦在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、宗教、語言、習(xí)俗、環(huán)境管理制度、環(huán)境保護法律、社會管理制度、社會管理規(guī)范等諸多方面的差異,中巴經(jīng)濟走廊建設(shè)將面臨重重困難與挑戰(zhàn)�；谥邪徒�(jīng)濟走廊涉及地區(qū)的特殊性,把中巴經(jīng)濟走廊分為西部高山高原區(qū)、東南沿海平原區(qū)、北部克什米爾地區(qū)和中國新疆段。對不同地區(qū)、不同行業(yè)可能面臨的社會風(fēng)險進行闡述。西部高山高原區(qū)面臨的社會風(fēng)險包括部落區(qū)障礙和極端宗教主義,東南沿海平原區(qū)面臨的社會風(fēng)險主要包括歷史文化遺產(chǎn)和國家公園保護,北部克什米爾地區(qū)面臨的社會風(fēng)險包括跨越爭議沖突地區(qū)、極端主義威脅、宗教文化差異和自然保護區(qū)保護,中國新疆段面臨的社會風(fēng)險包括少數(shù)民族問題和環(huán)境問題引發(fā)的社會問題。
[Abstract]:With the further implementation of "Belt and Road", the continuous development of the China-Pakistan economic corridor and the political, economic, cultural, religious, linguistic, customary, environmental management system, environmental protection laws of China and Pakistan, Because of the differences in social management system, social management norms and other aspects, the construction of the economic corridor of China and Pakistan will face many difficulties and challenges. Based on the particularity of the region involved in the economic corridor of China and Pakistan, the economic corridor of China and Pakistan will be divided into the high mountains and high plains in the west of the country. The southeast coastal plain, northern Kashmir and the Xinjiang section of China. The social risks that may be faced by different regions and industries are expounded. The social risks faced by the western alpine plateau include tribal barriers and extreme religionism. The social risks facing the southeast coastal plain mainly include historical and cultural heritage and the protection of national parks. The social risks facing the northern Kashmir region include crossing the disputed conflict areas and the threat of extremism. Religious and cultural differences and nature reserve protection, China's Xinjiang section faces social risks, including minority issues and environmental problems caused by social problems.
