【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，網(wǎng)上低傭金開戶、電商和第三方支付平臺(tái)加入金融產(chǎn)品銷售平臺(tái)、第三方在線理財(cái)機(jī)構(gòu)等新型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融業(yè)態(tài)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)證券公司形成直接沖擊。 本文立足證券業(yè)務(wù)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融本質(zhì)，介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀，分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券對(duì)證券公司各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的影響，明晰了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融與傳統(tǒng)證券業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)，，闡述了兩者融合的光明前景。 本文以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)精神背景下投資者的支付、投資、融資三種需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，提出以客戶為中心，再造證券公司業(yè)務(wù)流程。同時(shí)，從平臺(tái)建設(shè)、差異化定位、大數(shù)據(jù)利用、信息安全建設(shè)、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)改造、人才培養(yǎng)等方面，結(jié)合具體案例和業(yè)務(wù)前景，對(duì)證券公司開展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券業(yè)務(wù)的策略提出全面建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, online low commission accounts, e-commerce and third-party payment platform to join the financial products sales platform, third-party online financial institutions and other new forms of Internet finance form a direct impact on traditional securities companies. Based on the essence of securities business and Internet finance, this paper introduces the history and present situation of the development of Internet securities at home and abroad, and analyzes the influence of Internet securities on the business of securities companies. This paper clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of Internet finance and traditional securities business, and expounds the bright prospect of their fusion. Based on the three demands of investors' payment, investment and financing under the background of the Internet spirit, this paper proposes to reengineer the business process of securities companies by taking the customer as the center. At the same time, from the perspective of platform construction, differentiation positioning, and big data's utilization, In the aspects of information security construction, internal structure reform, personnel training and so on, combined with specific cases and business prospects, this paper puts forward some comprehensive suggestions for securities companies to carry out Internet securities business.
