【摘要】：隨著資本市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展,證券公司作為資本市場(chǎng)的重要參與者,其發(fā)展與規(guī)范對(duì)我國(guó)建設(shè)健全資本市場(chǎng)、促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)具有舉足輕重的意義。但是日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和日趨嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)管政策,對(duì)證券公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)決策提出了更高的要求。公司管理層迫切需要及時(shí)了解企業(yè)全方位的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況,而財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)是對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)狀況和經(jīng)營(yíng)成果最準(zhǔn)確的反應(yīng),財(cái)務(wù)分析作為一種典型的輔助決策的工具,對(duì)證券公司的健康、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有重要意義。但是,目前證券公司的財(cái)務(wù)分析工作智能化和信息化程度較低,并且財(cái)務(wù)分析體系和指標(biāo)不完善,難以及時(shí)對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)狀況做出分析和預(yù)測(cè),無法滿足證券公司管理層的決策需求。因此,證券公司在高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、嚴(yán)監(jiān)管的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境下如何完善財(cái)務(wù)分析體系、建立智能化的財(cái)務(wù)分析信息系統(tǒng)是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 目前,證券公司大多已具備了完善的財(cái)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)和業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng),生成了大量的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),商業(yè)智能作為一種高端企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析的解決方案,可以用于實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的智能化展現(xiàn)和分析,切實(shí)解決證券公司面臨的財(cái)務(wù)分析困境,并適用于證券公司大量財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)積累的信息化環(huán)境。作者結(jié)合證券公司實(shí)務(wù)、系統(tǒng)開發(fā)以及商業(yè)智能等相關(guān)理論,旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)基于商業(yè)智能的證券公司財(cái)務(wù)分析信息系統(tǒng)。此系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的深層次應(yīng)用,為證券公司管理層提供即時(shí)的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況和快速多角度的分析報(bào)告,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的動(dòng)態(tài)展現(xiàn)和分析,為公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)決策提供依據(jù)。 本文首先對(duì)商業(yè)智能理論進(jìn)行研究和闡述,重點(diǎn)論述了本文使用的商業(yè)智能技術(shù),并對(duì)商業(yè)智能產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹。然后重點(diǎn)對(duì)證券公司財(cái)務(wù)分析中商業(yè)智能的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究,從必要性和可行性兩個(gè)方面分析商業(yè)智能在證券公司財(cái)務(wù)分析領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。之后在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,參考HY證券公司實(shí)務(wù),提出了普遍適用于證券公司的財(cái)務(wù)分析系統(tǒng)需求和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。需求分析從功能需求、業(yè)務(wù)需求和技術(shù)需求三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述,構(gòu)建了證券公司業(yè)務(wù)口徑的財(cái)務(wù)分析體系,使新系統(tǒng)能夠滿足證券公司對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)分析以及與財(cái)務(wù)分析相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)多層次、全面性的要求。之后結(jié)合信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)理論,構(gòu)建基于商業(yè)智能的財(cái)務(wù)分析系統(tǒng)體系架構(gòu),并根據(jù)物理架構(gòu),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)抽取層、數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)層和前端展示層進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì),完成商業(yè)智能在證券公司財(cái)務(wù)分析中的解決方案。最后,總結(jié)本文工作成果,提出了系統(tǒng)后期管理維護(hù)建議,并對(duì)商業(yè)智能的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the capital market, as an important participant in the capital market, the development and standardization of the securities company has built and perfected the capital market in our country. Promoting national economic construction is of vital importance. But the increasingly competitive environment and increasingly stringent regulatory policies, The management of the company urgently needs to know all aspects of the business situation in time, and the financial data is the most accurate response to the financial situation and operating results of the enterprise. Financial analysis, as a typical assistant decision-making tool, is of great significance to the health and long-term development of securities companies. However, at present, the degree of intelligence and information of financial analysis of securities companies is relatively low. And the financial analysis system and indicators are not perfect, it is difficult to analyze and forecast the financial situation of enterprises in time, and can not meet the decision-making needs of the management of securities companies. Therefore, the securities companies are at high risk. It is urgent to perfect financial analysis system and establish intelligent financial analysis information system under strict supervision. At present, most securities companies already have perfect financial information system and business system, have generated a large amount of financial data, business intelligence as a high-end enterprise data analysis solution, It can be used to realize the intelligent display and analysis of financial data, to solve the financial analysis dilemma faced by securities companies, and to apply to the information environment where securities companies accumulate a large amount of financial data. Related theories such as system development and business intelligence are designed to realize the financial analysis information system of securities companies based on business intelligence, which can realize the deep application of data. It provides the management of the securities company with the immediate management situation and the fast multi-angle analysis report, realizes the dynamic display and analysis of the data, and provides the basis for the management decision of the company. In this paper, the theory of business intelligence is first studied and expounded, with emphasis on the business intelligence technology used in this paper. Then the application of business intelligence in financial analysis of securities companies is studied. This paper analyzes the application of business intelligence in the field of financial analysis of securities companies from the aspects of necessity and feasibility. After that, on the basis of theoretical research, we refer to the practice of HY Securities Company. This paper puts forward the requirement and design scheme of financial analysis system, which is generally applicable to securities companies. The requirement analysis is discussed from three aspects: function requirement, business requirement and technical requirement, and the financial analysis system of securities company's business caliber is constructed. The new system can meet the requirements of securities companies for financial analysis and related business multi-level and comprehensive. Then, based on the theory of information system development, the architecture of financial analysis system based on business intelligence is constructed. And according to the physical structure, the data extraction layer, data warehouse layer and front-end display layer are designed to complete the solution of business intelligence in the financial analysis of securities companies. The management and maintenance suggestions of the system are put forward, and the development prospect of business intelligence is prospected.
