【摘要】：當(dāng)前,虛假租賃逃廢銀行債務(wù)的行為日益增多。本文調(diào)查了這一行為的現(xiàn)狀,對原因進(jìn)行了分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,從立法、司法、和銀行實(shí)務(wù)三個層面,提出了應(yīng)對虛假租賃的方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the behavior of dodging bank debts by false lease is increasing day by day. This paper investigates the present situation of this behavior, analyzes the reasons, and on this basis, from the three aspects of legislation, judicature, and banking practice, The method to deal with false lease is put forward.
