【摘要】：通過(guò)拓展Pouget模型,考察了當(dāng)所有投資者采用適應(yīng)性學(xué)習(xí)(有限理性)規(guī)則更新信念時(shí),訂單信息的透明度增加如何影響市場(chǎng)的價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn)效率和福利配置效率.結(jié)果表明,透明度增加后,市場(chǎng)效率大幅降低,價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn)和福利配置都難以收斂到理性預(yù)期均衡.進(jìn)一步剖析投資者的策略選擇可以發(fā)現(xiàn),透明度增加后,擁有信息優(yōu)勢(shì)的知情者傾向于提交對(duì)自己更加有利的訂單,而放棄均衡的交易策略;非知情者為了規(guī)避由此帶來(lái)的逆向選擇風(fēng)險(xiǎn),也會(huì)放棄均衡策略而傾向于提交更加保守的訂單,最終導(dǎo)致市場(chǎng)效率大幅下降.
[Abstract]:By extending the Pouget model, we investigate how the transparency of order information affects the efficiency of market price discovery and welfare allocation when all investors adopt adaptive learning (limited rationality) rules to update their beliefs. With the increase of transparency, the market efficiency is greatly reduced, the price discovery and welfare allocation are difficult to converge to rational expectation equilibrium. Insiders with information advantages tend to submit orders that are more beneficial to them and abandon a balanced trading strategy; in order to avoid the adverse selection risk, It would also abandon the equilibrium strategy in favour of more conservative orders, resulting in a sharp decline in market efficiency.
