【摘要】：中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展銀行縣級(jí)支行作為農(nóng)發(fā)行的基層行，是農(nóng)發(fā)行的業(yè)務(wù)窗口和前線，其發(fā)展建設(shè)的情況，關(guān)系到農(nóng)發(fā)行的改革發(fā)展和興衰成敗。農(nóng)發(fā)行霍城縣支行作為農(nóng)發(fā)行的基層行之一，需要牢牢把握農(nóng)發(fā)行總行提出的工作目標(biāo)，為更好的適應(yīng)農(nóng)發(fā)行的深化改革，霍城縣支行需要分析出自身業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題所在，并找出可持續(xù)發(fā)展的策略，使國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)政策和農(nóng)發(fā)行總行提出的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃在當(dāng)?shù)氐玫接行У穆鋵?shí)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)發(fā)行霍城縣支行近幾年的信貸業(yè)務(wù)分析，，找出發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題，并通過(guò)SWOT矩陣分析方法，得出霍城縣農(nóng)發(fā)行在當(dāng)前的內(nèi)外部條件下業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的策略，以對(duì)農(nóng)發(fā)行霍城縣支行在今后的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展中提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:As the grass-roots bank of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, the county-level branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China is the business window and front line of the Agricultural Development Bank, and its development and construction. As one of the basic banks of the Agricultural Development Bank, it is necessary to firmly grasp the work objectives put forward by the Agricultural Development Bank headquarters, in order to better adapt to the deepening reform of the Agricultural Development Bank. The branch of Huocheng County needs to analyze the problems in its own business development and find out the strategy of sustainable development so that the national agricultural policy and the strategic plan put forward by the Agricultural Development Bank can be effectively carried out locally. Through the analysis of the credit business of Huocheng County Branch of Agricultural Development Bank in recent years, this paper finds out the problems existing in the development, and through the method of SWOT matrix analysis, obtains the strategy of the business development of Huocheng County Agricultural Development Bank under the current internal and external conditions. In order to the Agricultural Development Bank of Huocheng County Branch in the future management and development to provide reference and reference.
