【摘要】：本文通過OLS回歸分析和案例研究兩種方法考察了基于共生理論的子母公司關(guān)系。其中為了剔除內(nèi)生性問題,采用工具變量法和兩階段最小二乘法進(jìn)行回歸,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明母公司權(quán)益比與子公司企業(yè)績效呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。此外,通過對德爾福公司的案例分析,我們還發(fā)現(xiàn)母公司的控制有利于子公司,尤其是海外子公司的發(fā)展和成長。因此有理由認(rèn)為,母公司加強(qiáng)對子公司的控制有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)子母公司之間的互惠共生。
[Abstract]:In this paper, OLS regression analysis and case study are used to investigate the relationship of sub-parent companies based on symbiosis theory. In order to eliminate the endogenous problem, the tool variable method and the two-stage least square method are used for regression. The empirical results show that the equity ratio of the parent company is positively correlated with the performance of the subsidiary company. In addition, through the case study of Delphi, we also find that the control of the parent company is beneficial to the subsidiary, In particular, the development and growth of overseas subsidiaries. Therefore, it is reasonable for the parent company to strengthen the control of the subsidiary company is conducive to the realization of reciprocal symbiosis between the parent company.
