【摘要】：利率市場化是我國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下提出的一種貨幣金融政策,但我國的利率市場化進(jìn)程并不是一帆風(fēng)順的,計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期的利率集中調(diào)控政策的背景以及金融監(jiān)管不完善、利率運(yùn)行主體行為不規(guī)范等問題都制約著利率市場化的深入。因此創(chuàng)造適宜利率市場化深入發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,保證市場利率的運(yùn)行和發(fā)展,從而促進(jìn)我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,具有極大的必要性。
[Abstract]:The marketization of interest rate is a kind of monetary and financial policy put forward under the socialist market economy system of our country, but the process of interest rate marketization in our country is not smooth sailing. In the planned economy period, the background of interest rate centralized control policy, the imperfect financial supervision and the non-standard behavior of the main body of interest rate restrict the deepening of interest rate marketization. Therefore, the economic environment suitable for the further development of interest rate marketization is created. It is necessary to ensure the operation and development of market interest rate and promote the economic development of our country.
