【摘要】：我國加入WTO后，大量外國資本的進(jìn)入激化了我國糧食加工業(yè)的競爭形勢，國際糧食市場給我國的農(nóng)業(yè)帶來了巨大的沖擊，，糧食加工業(yè)收到的沖擊最為直接。發(fā)達(dá)國家的糧食加工企業(yè)無論從規(guī)模上、技術(shù)上還是經(jīng)營模式上都比我國的糧食加工企業(yè)更有優(yōu)勢，且差距甚大；我國糧食加工企業(yè)能夠與之競爭的最大助力是國家的貿(mào)易保護(hù)和政策扶持，外國資本的進(jìn)入使我們提早認(rèn)識(shí)到了我國糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)的脆弱。結(jié)合前幾年外國資本進(jìn)入后對我國大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全造成的不利影響，我們必須重視外國資本的進(jìn)入對我國糧食加工業(yè)可能造成的影響。 本文的研究通過分析外資進(jìn)入背景下我國糧食加工業(yè)的特點(diǎn)和外資進(jìn)入對我國糧食加工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全所造成的影響，對外資進(jìn)入背景下我國糧食加工企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的整理，總結(jié)出當(dāng)前我國糧食加工企業(yè)存在的問題，擬探討了利用外資促進(jìn)我國糧食加工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的同時(shí)，怎樣保障我國糧食加工業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全，減少我國糧食加工企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中的不確定性，保障企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)資源合理配置，提高我國糧食加工企業(yè)的綜合實(shí)力和核心競爭力。 本文研究方法是實(shí)證分析、數(shù)據(jù)分析和定性分析相結(jié)合、以及規(guī)范分析。本文結(jié)論是根據(jù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和國外糧食企業(yè)的發(fā)展模式分析了外資進(jìn)入狀態(tài)下我國糧食加工業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢；從對資本運(yùn)營市場、全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈經(jīng)營模式和專利技術(shù)的掌控三方面說明外資進(jìn)入有可能對我國糧食加工業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全帶來風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是在肯定糧食加工業(yè)與糧食安全的關(guān)系的同時(shí)，以糧食加工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)本身為視角，對外資進(jìn)入狀態(tài)下我國糧食加工業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全進(jìn)行了多種分析和綜合研究，并思索促進(jìn)我國糧食加工業(yè)新發(fā)展的方法。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the entry of a large number of foreign capital has intensified the competitive situation of China's grain processing industry, and the international grain market has brought great impact to our agriculture. The grain processing industry receives the most direct impact. The grain processing enterprises in developed countries have more advantages than our grain processing enterprises in terms of scale, technology and management mode, and the gap is very big. The biggest contribution that Chinese grain processing enterprises can compete with is the country's trade protection and policy support. The entry of foreign capital has made us realize early the fragility of China's grain industry. Combined with the adverse effects on the safety of the soybean industry in China caused by the entry of foreign capital in previous years, We must pay attention to the possible impact of foreign capital entry on China's grain processing industry. This paper analyzes the characteristics of China's grain processing industry under the background of foreign capital entry and the impact of foreign capital entry on the safety of China's grain processing industry. This paper systematically arranges the current situation of grain processing enterprises in China under the background of foreign capital entry, summarizes the existing problems of grain processing enterprises in our country, and discusses how to use foreign capital to promote the development of grain processing industry in China. How to ensure the industrial safety of China's grain processing industry, reduce the uncertainty in the process of development of grain processing enterprises in China, ensure the rational allocation of resources, and improve the comprehensive strength and core competitiveness of grain processing enterprises in China. The research method of this paper is empirical analysis, data analysis and qualitative analysis. The conclusion of this paper is to analyze the development trend of China's grain processing industry under the condition of foreign capital entry according to the current situation of development and the development mode of foreign grain enterprises. The management mode of the whole industry chain and the control of patent technology indicate that the entry of foreign capital may bring risks to the industrial safety of China's grain processing industry. The innovation point of this paper is to affirm the relationship between grain processing industry and food security at the same time. From the perspective of grain processing industry itself, this paper analyzes and synthetically studies the industrial safety of grain processing industry in China under the condition of foreign capital entry, and thinks about the methods to promote the new development of grain processing industry in China.
