【摘要】：文章在一個綜合的框架下考察企業(yè)家特征對創(chuàng)新投入的長期影響。公司董事長和總經(jīng)理的研發(fā)背景及學(xué)歷水平代表著公司創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的前瞻性和專業(yè)性,對創(chuàng)新投入顯著的促進作用。國有企業(yè)性質(zhì)整體上對公司的創(chuàng)新投入有抑制作用,但在高科技公司中國有企業(yè)傾向投入更多資金進行創(chuàng)新。此外,股權(quán)融資有利于企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the long-term impact of entrepreneur characteristics on innovation investment under a comprehensive framework. The R & D background and educational level of the chairman and general manager represent the forward-looking and professional nature of the company's innovation strategy. The nature of state-owned enterprises as a whole has a restraining effect on innovation investment, but in high-tech companies, state-owned enterprises tend to invest more funds for innovation. Equity financing is conducive to enterprise innovation input.
