【摘要】：本文以我國(guó)A股非金融業(yè)上市公司2004—2013年間的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,考察了可抵押資產(chǎn)、高管社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在商業(yè)信用交易中的作用及其交互影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)擁有的可抵押資產(chǎn)價(jià)值對(duì)獲取商業(yè)信用有顯著的正向影響;隨著高管社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度的提高,可抵押資產(chǎn)對(duì)商業(yè)信用獲取的正向作用減弱;并且上述效應(yīng)在市場(chǎng)化程度較低的地區(qū)更加顯著�？傊�,本研究表明,可抵押資產(chǎn)有助于企業(yè)獲取商業(yè)信用,企業(yè)有形的可抵押資產(chǎn)和無形的高管社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間存在替代關(guān)系,兩者在商業(yè)信用交易中都具有重要的治理作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China's A-share non-financial listed companies from 2004 to 2013, this paper examines the role and interaction of mortgaged assets and social networks of executives in business credit transactions. The value of mortgaged assets owned by enterprises has a significant positive impact on obtaining commercial credit, and the positive effect of mortgaged assets on the acquisition of commercial credit weakens with the increase of the social network centrality of executives. And the above effects are more significant in the areas with lower marketization. In a word, this study shows that mortgaged assets can help enterprises to obtain business credit, and there is a substitute relationship between tangible mortgaged assets and intangible social networks of executives. Both in commercial credit transactions have an important governance role.
