【摘要】：建立科學(xué)有效的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制,提升信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平是農(nóng)商銀行能夠健康發(fā)展的基本要求,也是對(duì)“三農(nóng)”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)順利實(shí)現(xiàn)的金融支持和保證。本文以常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為研究對(duì)象,以現(xiàn)行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理狀況分析為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)對(duì)各個(gè)信貸產(chǎn)品的貸款數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定量分析,找出信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分布情況,為信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提出了具體的管理實(shí)施方案,通過(guò)一系列措施來(lái)提高常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平,為我國(guó)農(nóng)商銀行的發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)代信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度的建設(shè)提供一個(gè)必要的借鑒。本文首先對(duì)梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論,試圖找出適合常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理改革的思路和途徑。其次,對(duì)常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)行實(shí)地研究調(diào)查并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集,將收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理和分析,對(duì)常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行信用貸款不同類型的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了定量分析與探討。再次,分析了常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因,找出問(wèn)題所在。最后,根據(jù)常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題針對(duì)性的提出了對(duì)策和建議。本文運(yùn)用了 Credit Risk+模型來(lái)對(duì)常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行度量和分析,計(jì)算出比較精確的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度量值,然后計(jì)算出每個(gè)信用等級(jí)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)損失分布,有利于找出常寧市農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行在信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制中存在的問(wèn)題,并且根據(jù)問(wèn)題提出科學(xué)有效的對(duì)策建議。同時(shí),該研究對(duì)其它地區(qū)的農(nóng)商銀行也具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:To establish a scientific and effective credit risk prevention mechanism and to improve the level of credit risk management are the basic requirements for the healthy development of agricultural and commercial banks and the economic development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. This paper takes the credit risk management of the rural commercial bank of Changning city as the research object, based on the analysis of the current credit risk management situation. Through the quantitative analysis of loan data of each credit product, the distribution of credit risk is found out, and the concrete management implementation scheme for credit risk management is put forward. Through a series of measures to improve the level of credit risk management of rural commercial banks in Changning City, It provides a necessary reference for the development of agricultural and commercial banks and the construction of modern credit risk management system. This paper tries to find out the ideas and ways to reform the credit risk management of rural commercial banks in Changning City. Secondly, it carries out field investigation and data collection for rural commercial banks in Changning City, and collates and analyzes the collected data. This paper makes quantitative analysis and discussion on different types of products of credit loan of rural commercial bank in Changning city. Thirdly, it analyzes the causes of credit risk of rural commercial bank in Changning city, and finds out the problem. According to the existing problems of credit risk management of rural commercial banks in Changning City, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This paper uses Credit Risk model to measure and analyze the credit risk factors of rural commercial banks in Changning City. It is helpful to find out the problems existing in the credit risk control of rural commercial banks in Changning City by calculating the more accurate credit risk measures and then calculating the risk loss distribution of each credit grade. At the same time, the research has some reference value to the agricultural and commercial banks in other regions.
