【摘要】：正2016年12月21日,中國(guó)審計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)在北京召開領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部自然資源資產(chǎn)離任審計(jì)合作研究課題成果匯報(bào)交流會(huì)。來(lái)自地方審計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)、審計(jì)署各特派辦理論研究會(huì)及有關(guān)高校共22個(gè)課題合作單位的30余名代表參加了會(huì)議,其中內(nèi)蒙古等5省區(qū)市審計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)、上海等3個(gè)特派辦理論研究會(huì)以及有關(guān)高校的代表做了專題發(fā)言。代表們重點(diǎn)根據(jù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部自然資源資產(chǎn)離任審計(jì)的試點(diǎn)情況與結(jié)果運(yùn)用、面臨困難與對(duì)策建議進(jìn)行了交流研討�，F(xiàn)將主要觀點(diǎn)綜述如下:
[Abstract]:On December 21, 2016, the China Audit Institute held a report exchange meeting on the achievements of the leading cadres' natural resources assets leaving the audit cooperation research project in Beijing. More than 30 representatives from the local audit institute, the theoretical research associations of the ombudsmen's offices of the Audit Office and relevant universities and colleges participated in the meeting, in which Inner Mongolia and other five provincial, district and municipal auditing societies attended the meeting. Shanghai and other three ombudsman theoretical research associations and representatives of relevant colleges and universities made special speeches. According to the pilot situation and results of the audit of leading cadres' natural resource assets, the delegates exchanged and discussed the difficulties and suggestions. The main points are summarized as follows:
