【摘要】： 隨著信息化技術(shù)的蓬勃發(fā)展,我國(guó)以手工查賬為主要手段的審計(jì)職業(yè)遇到了來(lái)自計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的挑戰(zhàn)。這種挑戰(zhàn)體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面:一是審計(jì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部日常工作的信息化水平的提高;二是對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)領(lǐng)域計(jì)算機(jī)做假和犯罪的監(jiān)管能力的增強(qiáng)。 本論文研究的重點(diǎn)是政府審計(jì)實(shí)施的信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。根據(jù)審計(jì)項(xiàng)目的審前準(zhǔn)備、審計(jì)實(shí)施和審后匯總?cè)齻�(gè)階段的不同需求,筆者提出政府審計(jì)信息系統(tǒng)在審計(jì)過程中的具體應(yīng)用方案和質(zhì)量控制措施。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者結(jié)合實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出了寧波市市級(jí)審計(jì)機(jī)關(guān)信息化建設(shè)方案,提出了集計(jì)算機(jī)輔助審計(jì)、審計(jì)信息管理以及聯(lián)網(wǎng)審計(jì)三大功能于一體的政府審計(jì)機(jī)關(guān)信息化建設(shè)方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the audit profession in China, which takes manual audit as the main means, has met with the challenge from computer technology. The challenge lies in two aspects: one is the improvement of the information level of the daily work in the audit system; the other is the enhancement of the ability of computer fraud and crime supervision in the accounting field. The focus of this paper is the construction of government audit information system. According to the different requirements of pre-trial preparation, audit implementation and post-audit summary of audit items, the author puts forward the concrete application scheme and quality control measures of government audit information system in the audit process. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the information construction scheme of the municipal audit institutions in Ningbo, and puts forward the computer-aided audit, which is based on the practical work experience. Audit information management and network audit in one of the three major functions of the government audit institutions information construction program.
