【摘要】：正循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)與政府績(jī)效有著高度一致的目標(biāo)和方向,兩者均致力于資源的節(jié)約、高效利用以及自然生態(tài)環(huán)境的維護(hù)。循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)追求更大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益、更少資源消耗、更低環(huán)境污染,我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的首要目標(biāo)是節(jié)約資源、提高資源利用率;而政府績(jī)效審計(jì)是對(duì)被審計(jì)單位和項(xiàng)目資源利用的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、效率性
[Abstract]:Positive circular economy and government performance have a highly consistent goal and direction, both committed to the conservation of resources, efficient use and natural ecological environment maintenance. Circular economy pursues greater economic and social benefits, less resource consumption and lower environmental pollution. The primary goal of developing circular economy in our country at present is to save resources and improve the utilization rate of resources. However, the government performance audit is the economy and efficiency of the utilization of the audited units and project resources.
