【摘要】：正1.分類管理,推進(jìn)有重點的審計全覆蓋按照崗位性質(zhì)、管理資金與資產(chǎn)規(guī)模等標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對審計對象進(jìn)行分類�？蓪⒔�(jīng)濟(jì)活動復(fù)雜、資金往來量大的部門和單位作為重點審計對象,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督;對資金量小、業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容少的部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的離任審計,以離任交接代替離任審計,最大限度節(jié)約審計資源,緩解高校內(nèi)部審計力量不足與審計任務(wù)繁重之間的矛盾。在分類管理、離任交接的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步完善項目計劃管理,把年度項目計劃與中長期計劃相結(jié)合,建立經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任
[Abstract]:Regular 1. Classified management, promote the key audit coverage according to the nature of the post, management of funds and assets and other standards, classification of audit objects. The departments and units with complex economic activities and large amount of funds can be regarded as the key audit objects to strengthen supervision; To audit the departure of leading cadres with small amount of funds and less business content, to replace the outgoing audit with the handover, to save the audit resources to the maximum extent, to alleviate the contradiction between the insufficiency of the internal audit power and the heavy audit task in colleges and universities. On the basis of classified management and handover, the project planning management should be further improved, the annual project plan should be combined with the medium- and long-term plan, and the economic responsibility should be established.
