【摘要】：公共部門績效管理貫穿于公共管理的全過程,而公共部門的績效審計則已成為績效管理的重要組成部分。本文通過對績效管理與績效審計關(guān)系的考察,提出了基于績效管理系統(tǒng)的公共部門績效審計實施框架,并在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)中國的具體情況,提出了在開展績效審計過程中應(yīng)注意的幾個問題。
[Abstract]:Public sector performance management runs through the whole process of public management, and public sector performance audit has become an important part of performance management. Based on the investigation of the relationship between performance management and performance audit, this paper puts forward the implementation framework of public sector performance audit based on performance management system, and on this basis, according to the specific situation of China, This paper puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of performance audit.
