【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,國外人力資源審計理論研究和實踐領(lǐng)域均取得了全新的進(jìn)展。本文從人力資源審計理論模型、人力資源法律審計和人力資源功能審計三個方面詳盡總結(jié)、介紹了2000年以來人力資源審計理論與實踐的新發(fā)展,以期為拓展研究與管理實踐提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, new progress has been made in the field of theory and practice of human resource audit abroad. This paper summarizes human resource audit theory model, human resource law audit and human resource function audit in detail, and introduces the new development of human resource audit theory and practice since 2000. In order to expand the research and management practice to provide a useful reference.
