【摘要】：正 基層國家審計(jì)機(jī)關(guān),應(yīng)當(dāng)在深刻學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會(huì)審計(jì)"免疫系統(tǒng)"功能的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合基層工作的形勢(shì)與特點(diǎn),積極探索充分發(fā)揮"免疫系統(tǒng)"功能。審計(jì)"免疫系統(tǒng)"功能對(duì)基層審計(jì)的要求首先,基層審計(jì)必須牢固樹立"兩種理念",即科學(xué)理念和大局理念。審計(jì)工作自身的發(fā)展必須遵循科學(xué)發(fā)展的規(guī)律,既要看到發(fā)展中的成績(jī),也要看到發(fā)展中的不足,積極探索適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)要求的科學(xué)審
[Abstract]:On the basis of deep study and understanding of the function of the "immune system", the state audit institutions at the grassroots level should actively explore and give full play to the function of the "immune system" in combination with the situation and characteristics of the grass-roots work. First of all, the basic audit must firmly establish "two kinds of ideas", namely, the scientific idea and the overall situation idea. The development of audit work itself must follow the law of scientific development. We should not only see the achievements in development, but also see the deficiencies in development, and actively explore the scientific review that adapts to the requirements of the new situation.
