【摘要】：政府審計(jì)在促進(jìn)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全運(yùn)行中具有重要的保障作用、監(jiān)控作用、預(yù)警作用和保護(hù)作用。政府審計(jì)發(fā)揮作用途徑主要包括:增強(qiáng)排險(xiǎn)功能、規(guī)范功能、促進(jìn)功能、免疫系統(tǒng)功能和守護(hù)功能。政府審計(jì)發(fā)揮作用主要方式就是以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),以審計(jì)人員綜合素質(zhì)為支撐,以探索創(chuàng)新精神為動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:Government audit plays an important role in ensuring, monitoring, early warning and protection in promoting the safe operation of national economy. The main ways for government audit to play its role include: enhancing risk discharge function, standardizing function, promoting function, immune system function and guarding function. The main way for government audit to play its role is to take the scientific concept of development as the guide, the comprehensive quality of the auditors as the support, and the exploration of the spirit of innovation as the motive force.
