【摘要】：創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展是促進(jìn)資源使用方式根本轉(zhuǎn)變、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平的主要保障。本文在研究的過(guò)程中主要以創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為背景,將創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展作為指導(dǎo)方向,并對(duì)自然資源資產(chǎn)離任審計(jì)進(jìn)行全面的調(diào)研與分析,探討二者之間的關(guān)系。與此同時(shí),參照試點(diǎn)工作的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),為自然資源資產(chǎn)離任審計(jì)的開展提供相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo),為今后的研究提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Innovation driven development is the main guarantee to promote the fundamental transformation of the use of resources and to improve the level of sustainable economic development. In this paper, the development strategy of innovation driven development is the main direction in the study, and the development of innovation driven development is the guiding direction, and the audit of natural resource assets separation is thoroughly investigated and analyzed, and the two are discussed. At the same time, with reference to the experience of the pilot work, it provides guidance for the departure of natural resource assets audit and provides a reference for future research.
