【摘要】: 隨著中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度逐步建立和完善,人力資源管理審計(jì)越來(lái)越成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)完善內(nèi)部控制和加強(qiáng)人力資源管理的重要工具。 本文以工作實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),借鑒了國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)人力資源管理審計(jì)實(shí)踐和理論研究成果,圍繞A企業(yè)人力資源管理審計(jì)運(yùn)作的基本框架、組織實(shí)施方式和審計(jì)運(yùn)作技能等方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究,構(gòu)建了以組織結(jié)構(gòu)為核心的A企業(yè)人力資源管理審計(jì)的全新運(yùn)作方式,改變了公司過(guò)去以財(cái)務(wù)控制為重心的審計(jì)運(yùn)作方式,不僅大大深化管理審計(jì)的范圍和層次,同時(shí)強(qiáng)化人力資源管理在公司經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中地位和作用,少部分已在A企業(yè)實(shí)踐運(yùn)用中初步顯現(xiàn)出成效。 本文主要分為六部分,第一部分導(dǎo)論,主要介紹背景資料;第二部分為企業(yè)人力資源管理審計(jì)及發(fā)展,主要介紹人力資源管理審計(jì)的定義及相關(guān)概念;第三部分為A企業(yè)人力資源管理審計(jì)運(yùn)作框架,主要介紹A企業(yè)狀況及具體的人力資源管理審計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)框架;第四部分A企業(yè)開展人力資源管理審計(jì)的運(yùn)作過(guò)程分析,主要介紹A企業(yè)人力資源管理審計(jì)的具體審計(jì)內(nèi)容及運(yùn)用的工具;第五部分是完善和發(fā)展企業(yè)人力資源管理審計(jì)的對(duì)策探討,,主要介紹通過(guò)人力資源管理審計(jì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的A企業(yè)人力資源管理的問(wèn)題和發(fā)展對(duì)策以及企業(yè)發(fā)展人力資源管理審計(jì)的幾點(diǎn)建議;第六部分為結(jié)論與不足。
[Abstract]:With the establishment and perfection of modern enterprise system in China, human resource management audit has become an important tool for modern enterprises to improve internal control and strengthen human resource management. Based on the work practice, this paper draws lessons from the domestic and foreign enterprise human resource management audit practice and theoretical research results, and revolves around the basic framework of A enterprise human resources management audit operation. Based on the research of organization implementation mode and audit operation skills, a new operation mode of A enterprise human resource management audit is constructed, which takes the organizational structure as the core. It not only deepens the scope and level of management audit, but also strengthens the position and role of human resource management in the management and management of the company. A small part of the A enterprise in practice has shown initial results. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is introduction, the second part is the audit and development of enterprise human resource management, mainly introduces the definition and related concepts of human resource management audit. The third part is the operational framework of the human resource management audit of enterprise A, mainly introduces the situation of enterprise A and the design framework of the audit of human resources management, the fourth part is the analysis of the operation process of the human resources management audit carried out by the enterprise. This paper mainly introduces the concrete audit contents and the tools used in the audit of human resource management in enterprise A. the fifth part is about how to perfect and develop the audit of human resource management in the enterprise. This paper mainly introduces the problems and development countermeasures of human resource management of enterprise A found through the audit of human resource management, and some suggestions on the audit of human resource management of enterprise development. The sixth part is the conclusion and deficiency.
