【摘要】：醫(yī)院藥品庫(kù)存是醫(yī)院重要流動(dòng)資產(chǎn),是醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表審計(jì)重要一環(huán),因其規(guī)格品種多、量大繁雜、流動(dòng)快、不宜盤點(diǎn)等,常常導(dǎo)致注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師執(zhí)業(yè)時(shí)不易準(zhǔn)確掌控,給審計(jì)工作帶來風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文根據(jù)以前審計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過分析2家不同區(qū)域、不同級(jí)次的醫(yī)院,分別處于人工系統(tǒng)與信息系統(tǒng)環(huán)境中,藥品購(gòu)進(jìn)、發(fā)出和庫(kù)存管理現(xiàn)狀后,在遵循中國(guó)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)制定的《醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表審計(jì)指引》(會(huì)協(xié)2011第3號(hào))和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)導(dǎo)向?qū)徲?jì)前提下,提出藥品庫(kù)存審計(jì)中如何了解醫(yī)院藥品購(gòu)、銷、存流程,比對(duì)信息化系統(tǒng),怎樣有效監(jiān)盤等方法,力求探索出一種既提高效率和效果,又規(guī)避執(zhí)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的藥品庫(kù)存審計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:Hospital drug inventory is an important liquid asset and an important part of the audit of hospital financial statements. Because of its large variety of specifications, large and complicated quantity, rapid flow and unsuitable inventory, it is often difficult for certified public accountants to accurately control when in practice. Bring risks to audit work. Based on the previous audit experience, this paper analyzes two hospitals in different regions and different grades, which are in the environment of artificial system and information system respectively, after the current situation of drug purchase, issue and inventory management. In accordance with the guidelines on the Audit of Hospital Financial statements formulated by the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (No. 3 of the Association 2011) and the premise of the risk-oriented audit, this paper puts forward how to understand the process of hospital drug purchase, sale and storage in the pharmaceutical inventory audit. Compared with the information system, how to effectively monitor the disk, and try to explore a drug inventory audit method, which not only improves efficiency and effect, but also evades the practice risk.
