【摘要】：政府審計是履行國家金融審計和維護國家金融安全的中堅力量,政府金融審計應(yīng)當樹立政治思維,利用政府審計的特點與優(yōu)勢,確定維護國家金融安全的功能;實現(xiàn)審計功能的路徑包括:宏觀層面的再監(jiān)督評價機制、中觀層面的調(diào)控協(xié)調(diào)機制、微觀層次的監(jiān)測預(yù)警機制以及政府審計對金融危機及其危機金融機構(gòu)的救援機制。
[Abstract]:The government audit is the backbone of the national financial auditing and the maintenance of the national financial security , the government financial auditing should set up the political thinking , use the characteristics and advantages of the government audit to determine the function of maintaining the national financial security ; the path to realize the audit function includes : the macro - level re - supervision evaluation mechanism , the control coordination mechanism at the meso - view level , the monitoring early - warning mechanism at the microscopic level , and the rescue mechanism of the government audit on the financial crisis and its crisis financial institutions .
