【摘要】：正 初到尼泊爾北京時間2009年5月4日23:45(當(dāng)?shù)貢r間晚上九點半),我和王芳組成的聯(lián)合國兒童基金會(UNICEF)南亞區(qū)域辦事處審計組到達(dá)了尼泊爾首都加德滿都,同機到達(dá)的還有尼泊爾國家辦事處審計組的三位同行。飛機落地,首先映入眼簾的是簡易的紅磚圍墻,陳舊的候機設(shè)施,簡陋是我們對這個谷地國家發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的初步印象。不過接機倒很愉快,區(qū)域辦的Surendra很容易就認(rèn)出了我們(看來事先給區(qū)域辦發(fā)的審計組人員照片被充分應(yīng)用),在他的幫助下,我們?nèi)刖尺^關(guān)一路綠燈,非常順利,海關(guān)的官員還友好地沖我們招手,說著含糊的中文"你好",表達(dá)著他們的友善。走出機場,車子穿行在狹窄的馬路上,周圍完全看不到高大的
[Abstract]:The audit team of the South Asia Regional Office of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), formed by Wang Fang and I, arrived in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, on May 4, 2009, at 23: 45 (local time, 09:30 local time). Also arriving on the same plane were three colleagues from the audit team of the Nepal country office. When the plane landed, the first thing we saw was the simple red brick fence, the old waiting facilities and the rudimentary impression of the development of this valley country. However, it was very pleasant to pick up the plane. The Surendra of the Regional Office could easily recognize us (it seems that the photos of the audit team personnel sent to the Regional Office in advance were fully applied.
