【摘要】：本文通過Wind資訊以及中國注冊會計師協(xié)會網(wǎng)站公布的數(shù)據(jù),對我國審計市場的集中度進行了橫向和縱向分析。結(jié)果表明我國審計市場集中度水平在不斷提高,已經(jīng)達到"寡占型"市場。但是集中度水平的提高是由于國際"四大"在我國審計市場占有率的提高而帶來的,我國本土事務(wù)所的競爭力仍然較低。因此,有必要通過政府的《反壟斷法》和本土事務(wù)所的合并重組來提高本土事務(wù)所的競爭力。
[Abstract]:Based on the Wind information and the data published on the website of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants, this paper makes a horizontal and vertical analysis of the audit market concentration in China.The results show that the level of audit market concentration is increasing and has reached the "oligopoly" market.However, the increase of concentration level is due to the increase of the share of the international "Big four" audit market in China, and the competitiveness of our local firms is still low.Therefore, it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of local firms through the merger and reorganization of government anti-monopoly law and local firms.
