【摘要】：正 2010年2月11日,國(guó)務(wù)院總理溫家寶簽署第571號(hào)國(guó)務(wù)院令,正式公布新修訂的《中華人民共和國(guó)審計(jì)法實(shí)施條例》,自2010年5月1日起施行。此次修訂審計(jì)法實(shí)施條例,以貫徹落實(shí)審計(jì)法、加強(qiáng)審計(jì)監(jiān)督為出發(fā)點(diǎn),體現(xiàn)了黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于推進(jìn)依法行政、建設(shè)法治政府的要求,對(duì)于充分發(fā)
[Abstract]:On February 11, 2010, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council signed State Council decree No. 571, formally promulgating the newly revised regulations on the implementation of the Audit Law of the people's Republic of China, which will come into effect on May 1, 2010. In order to carry out the audit law and strengthen audit supervision as the starting point, it reflects the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on promoting administration according to law and building a government ruled by law.
