【摘要】：根據(jù)委托代理理論,獨(dú)立審計(jì)具有公司治理功能。文章分析了T公司連續(xù)15年的主要財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)和財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表審計(jì)意見(jiàn),研究發(fā)現(xiàn):T公司的財(cái)務(wù)狀況持續(xù)惡化,獨(dú)立審計(jì)并未充分發(fā)揮公司治理功能,而T公司內(nèi)部治理缺陷、國(guó)有企業(yè)的預(yù)算軟約束、證券市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管不力以及法制環(huán)境的不完善是影響其獨(dú)立審計(jì)治理功能的外部因素。該個(gè)案分析有助于進(jìn)一步研究如何更好地發(fā)揮我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)獨(dú)立審計(jì)的公司治理功能。
[Abstract]:According to the principal-agent theory, independent audit has the function of corporate governance. This paper analyzes the T company for 15 consecutive years the main financial indicators of financial statements and the audit opinions, it is found that the T company's financial situation continued to deteriorate, independent audit did not give full play to the function of corporate governance, corporate governance and T defects, the soft budget constraint of state-owned enterprises. The securities market supervision and the legal system environment is the external factors that influence the independent audit governance function. The case analysis is helpful to further study on how to better play the securities market of our country independent audit governance function.
