【摘要】：隨著“中國制造2025”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和在制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)由勞動和資源密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)向資本和技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級這樣的大背景下,與之“配套”發(fā)展的內(nèi)部資源與結(jié)構(gòu)也應(yīng)進(jìn)行升級與改造�，F(xiàn)在公司的內(nèi)部審計大多還是采用制度基礎(chǔ)審計模式對相關(guān)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行審計,這種內(nèi)部審計模式存在的問題在具體運(yùn)用中也日漸凸顯,而風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計是在制度基礎(chǔ)審計上進(jìn)行審計方法的改進(jìn),在內(nèi)部審計中風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計模型也越來越多的被公司采納與應(yīng)用。本文將以HD中小型制造公司為研究對象,從公司現(xiàn)行內(nèi)部審計現(xiàn)狀及問題為切入點(diǎn),引出對公司風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計模型的構(gòu)建既而具體運(yùn)用到年度財務(wù)決算中。本文由六部分組成,第一部分是緒論,著重介紹了風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計的研究背景對國內(nèi)外的風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計的研究與應(yīng)用成效進(jìn)行總結(jié);第二部分是風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計的理論基礎(chǔ),在此部分系統(tǒng)地回顧了審計風(fēng)險和風(fēng)險管理的涵義、風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計的發(fā)展背景和特點(diǎn),為后文的寫作打下了理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分是HD公司內(nèi)部審計現(xiàn)狀分析,通過對公司和內(nèi)部審計基本情況進(jìn)行了一定的解析,提出其內(nèi)部審計存在的問題并進(jìn)行原因分析;第四部分是風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計在HD公司的構(gòu)建,本章立足于公司經(jīng)營特點(diǎn)和行業(yè)特點(diǎn),對HD公司內(nèi)部審計進(jìn)行風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向的構(gòu)建,重點(diǎn)是對風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險評估和風(fēng)險應(yīng)對,并根據(jù)對內(nèi)部審計設(shè)計對年度財務(wù)決算進(jìn)行具體運(yùn)用,并使得該模型在內(nèi)部審計中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)凸顯出來;第五部分是使設(shè)計的風(fēng)險導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部審計可以順利運(yùn)用到公司中去的保障措施;第六部分是結(jié)論,總結(jié)了本文的研究結(jié)論和出現(xiàn)的不足。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the "made in China 2025" strategy and the upgrading of manufacturing structure from labor and resource-intensive industries to capital-and technology-intensive industries, The development of internal resources and structure should also be upgraded and reformed. At present, most of the internal audit of the company still adopts the system based audit mode to audit the related fields. The problems existing in this internal audit mode are also becoming increasingly prominent in the specific application, and the risk-based internal audit is the improvement of the audit method on the basis of the system audit. In the internal audit, the risk-oriented internal audit model is more and more adopted and applied by the company. This paper will take HD small and medium-sized manufacturing company as the research object, from the company's current internal audit status and problems as the starting point, This paper is composed of six parts, the first part is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background of risk-based internal audit, summarizes the research and application results of risk-based internal audit at home and abroad. The second part is the theoretical basis of risk-based internal audit. In this part, we systematically review the meaning of audit risk and risk management, the development background and characteristics of risk-based internal audit, and lay a theoretical foundation for the later writing. The third part is the analysis of the present situation of internal audit in HD company. Through the analysis of the basic situation of the company and internal audit, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the internal audit and analyzes the reasons. Part 4th is the construction of the risk oriented internal audit in HD company. This chapter is based on the management characteristics and industry characteristics of the company, carries on the risk oriented construction to the HD company internal audit, the emphasis is on the risk identification, the risk assessment and the risk response. According to the design of internal audit, the annual financial accounts are applied, and the advantages of the model in internal audit are highlighted. The 5th part is the guarantee measure to make the designed risk-based internal audit be applied to the company smoothly, and the 6th part is the conclusion, which summarizes the research conclusion and the deficiency of this paper.
