【摘要】：正 《中華人民共和國(guó)審計(jì)法實(shí)施條例》已于2010年5月1日起施行。審計(jì)法實(shí)施條例的修訂和頒布施行,有利于審計(jì)機(jī)關(guān)、被審計(jì)單位、有關(guān)部門和有關(guān)人員準(zhǔn)確理解和全面貫徹實(shí)施審計(jì)法的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定,使我國(guó)的審計(jì)監(jiān)督制度更好地維護(hù)國(guó)家財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序,提高財(cái)政資金使用效益,促進(jìn)廉政建設(shè),推進(jìn)依法行政。
[Abstract]:The regulations on the implementation of the Audit Law of the people's Republic of China have been implemented since May 1st 2010. The revision and promulgation of the regulations on the implementation of the Audit Law will be beneficial to audit institutions and audited units, The relevant departments and personnel concerned have accurately understood and comprehensively implemented the provisions of the Audit Law, so that our auditing and supervision system can better safeguard the national financial and economic order, improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds, and promote the building of a clean and honest government.
