【摘要】：結(jié)合綜合體建筑開發(fā)規(guī)模大、開發(fā)周期長(zhǎng)、不確定性高等特點(diǎn),選擇期權(quán)博弈方法,對(duì)處于同一環(huán)境中具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系的兩項(xiàng)綜合體開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行評(píng)估和比較,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著投資環(huán)境的變化,應(yīng)該采取不同的投資策略,差異化策略是實(shí)現(xiàn)有效決策的可行方法。
[Abstract]:Combined with the characteristics of large scale, long development period and high uncertainty of complex building development, the option game method is chosen to evaluate and compare the two complex development projects in the same environment. The results show that with the change of investment environment, different investment strategies should be adopted, and differentiation strategy is a feasible method to realize effective decision.
