【摘要】：結合綜合體建筑開發(fā)規(guī)模大、開發(fā)周期長、不確定性高等特點,選擇期權博弈方法,對處于同一環(huán)境中具有競爭關系的兩項綜合體開發(fā)項目進行評估和比較,結果發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著投資環(huán)境的變化,應該采取不同的投資策略,差異化策略是實現(xiàn)有效決策的可行方法。
[Abstract]:Combined with the characteristics of large scale, long development period and high uncertainty of complex building development, the option game method is chosen to evaluate and compare the two complex development projects in the same environment. The results show that with the change of investment environment, different investment strategies should be adopted, and differentiation strategy is a feasible method to realize effective decision.
