【摘要】：近年來,我國生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展形勢并不樂觀,總是出現(xiàn)脫銷或者滯銷的局面,這主要是因為市場供求的不均衡,加上生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品自身容易腐爛、難以保存的性質(zhì),還有生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈上供應(yīng)商與零售商之間存在的嚴(yán)重利益沖突等。為了解決上述問題,保證高質(zhì)量的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品并避免農(nóng)民和消費(fèi)者利益被損害的情形,存在一個高效協(xié)調(diào)的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈就顯得尤為重要。并且,在生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品極大豐富的今天,各供應(yīng)鏈之間不不再進(jìn)行惡性競爭,開始通過合作來提升自身的利益,協(xié)調(diào)生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的利益。目前,農(nóng)超對接模式在我國得到了積極的實施推廣,這種模式可以有效地省去流轉(zhuǎn)過程中多余的環(huán)節(jié),降低成本,其中最為典型的就是以零售商超市為主導(dǎo)的"超市+農(nóng)民(農(nóng)民合作社)"模式。因此,本文將該模式作為研究對象,引進(jìn)期權(quán)契約分別從供應(yīng)鏈鏈內(nèi)和鏈間兩個方面研究如何協(xié)調(diào)該模式下生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈各方的利益,使整體的期望利潤能夠達(dá)到最大值。本文首先對基本的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)模型進(jìn)行了介紹;然后在此基礎(chǔ)上引入了期權(quán)理論作為一種契約,建立了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的鏈內(nèi)協(xié)調(diào)模型,得出引入期權(quán)理論能提高整體的期望利潤水平,有利于生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈更好的協(xié)調(diào);最后在上述基于期權(quán)理論的鏈內(nèi)協(xié)調(diào)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮跨鏈補(bǔ)貨情形,建立鏈間協(xié)調(diào)模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)有跨鏈補(bǔ)貨情形時,供應(yīng)鏈得到了更好的協(xié)調(diào),整體的期望利潤水平上升。本文運(yùn)用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行算例仿真驗證了上述結(jié)論,并分析了對于不同的期權(quán)價格和期權(quán)執(zhí)行價格參數(shù),生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的批發(fā)價訂購量、期權(quán)購買量、農(nóng)民(農(nóng)民合作社)的期望利潤、超市的期望利潤以及供應(yīng)鏈整體的期望利潤的變化趨勢,得出如果合理設(shè)計期權(quán)參數(shù),供應(yīng)鏈整體的期望利潤能夠獲得最大值的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development situation of fresh agricultural products in China is not optimistic, always out of stock or slow-moving situation, this is mainly because the market supply and demand imbalance, coupled with its fresh agricultural products are perishable, difficult to save, and fresh agricultural products supply chain supply between operators and retailers serious conflict of interest etc. in order to solve the above problems, ensure the high quality of fresh agricultural products and avoid farmers and damaged the interests of consumers, it is particularly important to have an efficient coordination of fresh agricultural products supply chain. And abundant in fresh agricultural products today, between the supply chain is no longer the vicious competition, to start to enhance their own interests through the cooperation and coordination of fresh agricultural products supply chain interests. At present, agricultural super docking mode has been implemented to promote actively in our country, this model can effectively save Redundant links, reduce the cost of the transfer process, the most typical is the supermarket as the leading retailer of "supermarket + farmers (including farmer cooperatives)" mode. Therefore, this model as the research object, the introduction of option contract respectively from within the supply chain and the chain of two aspects of how to coordinate all fresh the agricultural products supply chain under the mode of interest, so the overall expected profits can reach the maximum value. This paper first introduces the model of supply chain coordination of fresh agricultural products basically; then on the basis of introducing the theory of option as a kind of contract, established a coordination model of fresh agricultural product supply chain, the the introduction of option theory can improve the expected profit of the overall level, conducive to coordination of fresh agricultural products supply chain better; finally the coordination model based on option theory within the chain, considering the cross chain Replenishment, establish chain coordination model, found that when the cross chain replenishment, supply chain can be better coordinated, the expected profit of the overall level of increase. This paper used MATLAB software simulation verifies the above conclusions, and analyzes the parameters for the price of the implementation of different options price and that of fresh agricultural products the wholesale price of the option order quantity, purchase quantity, farmer (farmer cooperatives) the expected profit, the change trend of the expected profit of the supermarket the expected profit of the whole supply chain, if a reasonable design parameter option, the expected profit of the whole supply chain can achieve maximum results.
