【摘要】：正香港結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品定義與分類結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品通常被認為是投資回報與相關(guān)資產(chǎn)表現(xiàn)掛鉤的合成投資產(chǎn)品。香港市場的結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品可分為上市結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品和非上市結(jié)構(gòu)性兩大類。具體來看,非上市零售結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品完全由香港證券及期貨事務監(jiān)察會("證監(jiān)會")直接監(jiān)管;上市結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品也受證監(jiān)會監(jiān)管,但香港聯(lián)合交易所("聯(lián)交所")是其前線監(jiān)管機構(gòu),負責審閱和批準上市結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品的上市文件。雷曼迷你債事件后,香港證監(jiān)會加強對結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品的監(jiān)管�！�2011年證券及期貨和公司法例(結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)品修訂)條例》規(guī)定屬
[Abstract]:The definition and classification of structured products in Hong Kong are generally considered to be synthetic investment products linked to the return on investment and the performance of related assets. The structural products of the Hong Kong market can be divided into listed structured products and unlisted products. There are two categories of structuralism. Non-listed retail structured products are under the direct supervision of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC); Listed structured products are also regulated by the SFC, but the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) is its front-line regulator, reviewing and approving the listing documents for listed structured products. The Securities and Futures and companies Ordinance (structural products Amendment) Ordinance, 2011 provides for the strengthening of the supervision of structured products by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
