【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)后,海洋公共服務(wù)日益成為我國海洋事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要方向。海南省作為我國的海洋大省,當(dāng)前海洋公共服務(wù)供給的整體質(zhì)量與水平,尚不能滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。為此,需要在機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、資源配置、信息溝通、政策配套、社會(huì)參與等方面不斷進(jìn)行優(yōu)化與完善,從而為"海洋強(qiáng)國"戰(zhàn)略和"21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路"建設(shè)提供助力。
[Abstract]:After entering the new century, marine public service has increasingly become an important direction of marine development in China. Hainan Province, as a major marine province in China, is unable to meet the actual needs of economic and social development. The overall quality and level of the supply of marine public services at present can not meet the needs of economic and social development. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize and perfect such aspects as institutional setup, resource allocation, information communication, policy matching, social participation, and so on, so as to provide assistance for the strategy of "ocean power" and the construction of "maritime Silk Road" in the 21st century.
