【摘要】：氣候貧困被認(rèn)為是一種伴隨氣候變化而產(chǎn)生的特殊新型貧困,與脆弱性密不可分。民族地區(qū)集生態(tài)脆弱與貧困于一體,微觀主體農(nóng)戶對(duì)氣候貧困的認(rèn)知尤為重要。論文選取甘南藏族自治州和臨夏回族自治州的典型縣為實(shí)證調(diào)查區(qū)域,針對(duì)農(nóng)戶對(duì)氣候貧困的了解、表現(xiàn)、影響、成因等展開(kāi)系統(tǒng)調(diào)查,并構(gòu)建了Logit模型,就影響農(nóng)戶對(duì)氣候貧困認(rèn)知的因素進(jìn)行量化分析。結(jié)果表明:性別、年齡、教育背景、政治面貌、家庭經(jīng)營(yíng)組合方式、養(yǎng)殖業(yè)收入比重、貧困持續(xù)時(shí)間、宿命論觀點(diǎn)、社交群體及政府的災(zāi)害救助等因素對(duì)農(nóng)戶認(rèn)知具有不同程度的影響效應(yīng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步就如何提升農(nóng)牧民對(duì)氣候貧困的認(rèn)知及應(yīng)對(duì)氣候貧困帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),提出了一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:Climate poverty is considered to be a special new type of poverty accompanied by climate change, which is closely related to vulnerability. Ecological fragility and poverty are integrated in ethnic minority areas, and the cognition of climate poverty is especially important for micro-subject farmers. In this paper, the typical counties of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture are selected as the empirical investigation area, and the Logit model is constructed according to the farmers' understanding, performance, influence and cause of climate poverty. The factors influencing farmers' cognition of climate poverty were analyzed quantitatively. The results show that: gender, age, educational background, political outlook, family mix, proportion of income of aquaculture, duration of poverty, fatalism point of view, Social groups and government disaster relief have different effects on farmers' cognition. On this basis, some policy suggestions are put forward on how to improve the farmers and herdsmen's understanding of climate poverty and how to deal with the challenges brought by climate poverty.
