蘭州市城區(qū)建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度與環(huán)境效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:城市建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度增長是一個(gè)城市橫向上建設(shè)用地面積和縱向上建設(shè)空間都不斷得到開發(fā)利用的過程。在這個(gè)過程中,城市人口密度越來越大、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度不斷攀升,但同時(shí)生態(tài)環(huán)境問題也不斷凸顯,因此,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)用地開發(fā)利用與生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展將成為研究的重點(diǎn)。目前學(xué)術(shù)界從土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度著手分析了其對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響,主要研究了不同區(qū)域、不同開發(fā)強(qiáng)度水平下二者關(guān)系的差異,以及二者之間耦合關(guān)系的變化,但是從建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度視角切入分析其各衡量指標(biāo)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響差異,以及對(duì)于蘭州市這樣一個(gè)工業(yè)化城市其建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度與生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)有何特征卻鮮有研究。在這樣的背景下,本文通過分析蘭州市建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度與生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)之間的關(guān)系,找出蘭州市生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化的原因,并依此提出改善其生態(tài)環(huán)境的對(duì)策與建議。本文在對(duì)城市建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度與生態(tài)環(huán)境的文獻(xiàn)綜述、作用機(jī)理和影響方面分析的基礎(chǔ)上分析了蘭州市生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,以蘭州市2000-2015年的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,運(yùn)用PLS-結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,定量研究了建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度與生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)的關(guān)系:首先,構(gòu)建建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度和生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)指標(biāo)體系,制定生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出研究假設(shè);其次,運(yùn)用PLS-結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型研究建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度各衡量指標(biāo)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境作用程度的差異;再次,在對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)分類的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用PLS-結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分別測(cè)算出蘭州、銀川、名古屋的建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度、長期可持續(xù)性污染、短期污染的綜合指數(shù)以及它們之間的路徑系數(shù),并分別與銀川、名古屋對(duì)比,從而對(duì)蘭州市進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)并總結(jié)問題;最后,根據(jù)存在的問題,提出對(duì)策與建議。主要研究結(jié)論:(1)城市建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度與生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)顯著正相關(guān),但建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度各衡量指標(biāo)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)的影響程度存在差異?偟膩碚f,建設(shè)用地開發(fā)廣度對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響大于建設(shè)用地開發(fā)深度;其中建設(shè)用地開發(fā)廣度各衡量指標(biāo)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)的影響差異顯著,工業(yè)用地對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境影響最大,居住用地次之,交通設(shè)施用地最小,建設(shè)用地開發(fā)深度各衡量指標(biāo)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)的影響差異不顯著。(2)蘭州市建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度的生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)主要為長期可持續(xù)性污染,在不采有效措施的情況下,建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度變化對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)的邊際影響不斷減小,但生態(tài)環(huán)境效應(yīng)惡化程度不斷加強(qiáng),所以蘭州市一方面要控制城區(qū)的開發(fā)強(qiáng)度,加快蘭州新區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,從而將蘭州市城區(qū)建設(shè)用地的開發(fā)強(qiáng)度控制在土地承載力和生態(tài)承載力極限閾值之內(nèi);另一方面要從優(yōu)化城市布局和加強(qiáng)環(huán)境污染控制兩個(gè)方面改善生態(tài)環(huán)境。(3)城市建設(shè)用地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的邊際影響呈先遞減后急劇增加的規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The development intensity of urban construction land is a process in which both the horizontal construction land area and the vertical construction space are continuously developed and utilized in a city. In this process, the urban population density is increasing, the economic development speed is rising, but at the same time the ecological environment problem is also constantly prominent. Therefore, how to realize the harmonious development of construction land development and ecological environment will become the focus of research. At present, the impact of land exploitation intensity on ecological environment is analyzed in academic circles. The difference of the relationship between the two and the change of coupling relationship between them are mainly studied in different regions and different development intensity levels. However, from the perspective of the intensity of construction land development, there are few studies on the impact of each measure index on the ecological environment, and on the characteristics of the intensity of construction land development and the ecological environment effect in an industrialized city like Lanzhou. Under this background, this paper analyzes the relationship between the development intensity of construction land and the ecological environment effect in Lanzhou City, finds out the causes of ecological environment deterioration in Lanzhou City, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ecological environment in Lanzhou City. Based on the literature review on the intensity of urban construction land development and the analysis of ecological environment, the paper analyzes the current situation of ecological environment in Lanzhou City, taking the data of Lanzhou City from 2000 to 2015 as a sample. Using the PLS- structural equation model, the relationship between the development intensity of construction land and the ecological environment effect is studied quantitatively. Firstly, the index system of the development intensity and the ecological environment effect of the construction land is constructed, and the classification standard of the ecological environment effect is established. Put forward the research hypothesis; Secondly, the PLS- structural equation model is used to study the difference of each measure index of the intensity of construction land development to the ecological environment. Thirdly, on the basis of classification of eco-environmental effects, using PLS- structural equation model to calculate the intensity and long-term sustainable pollution of construction land in Lanzhou, Yinchuan and Nagoya, respectively. The comprehensive index of short-term pollution and the path coefficient between them are compared with Yinchuan and Nagoya respectively so as to evaluate and summarize the problems of Lanzhou. Finally, according to the existing problems, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the intensity of urban construction land development is positively correlated with the eco-environmental effect, but the degree of influence of the intensity of construction land development on the eco-environmental effect is different. In general, the breadth of construction land development has a greater impact on ecological environment than the depth of construction land development. Among them, the impact of construction land development breadth on ecological and environmental effects is significant, industrial land has the greatest impact on ecological environment, residential land is the second, and traffic facilities land is the smallest. There is no significant difference in the effect of construction land development depth on ecological environment effect. (2) the eco-environmental effect of construction land development intensity in Lanzhou is mainly long-term sustainable pollution, without effective measures, The marginal influence of the intensity change of construction land development on the ecological environment effect is decreasing, but the deterioration degree of the ecological environment effect is continuously strengthened. Therefore, on the one hand, Lanzhou should control the development intensity of the urban area and speed up the construction and development of the new district in Lanzhou. Therefore, the development intensity of urban construction land in Lanzhou City is controlled within the limit threshold of land carrying capacity and ecological carrying capacity. On the other hand, it is necessary to improve the ecological environment from the aspects of optimizing the urban layout and strengthening the environmental pollution control. (3) the marginal influence of the development intensity of urban construction land on the ecological environment is decreasing first and then increasing sharply.
