【摘要】：針對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)弱質(zhì)性,結(jié)合我國(guó)目前農(nóng)戶(hù)經(jīng)營(yíng)、農(nóng)場(chǎng)主經(jīng)營(yíng)及農(nóng)業(yè)合作社經(jīng)營(yíng)三種經(jīng)營(yíng)方式,分析金融機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)戴莊村的精準(zhǔn)扶貧做法,通過(guò)規(guī)�；�(jīng)營(yíng)實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)橫向分工、通過(guò)引進(jìn)先進(jìn)技術(shù)提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品需求彈性、通過(guò)村委會(huì)介入合作社這種組織變革提高農(nóng)民收益,治理了農(nóng)業(yè)的弱質(zhì)性�？偨Y(jié)出找準(zhǔn)一項(xiàng)金融可支持的幫扶項(xiàng)目、聯(lián)結(jié)一條金融幫扶下貧困農(nóng)戶(hù)與多方的利益鏈、創(chuàng)新一種金融扶貧產(chǎn)品、開(kāi)展一系列適合當(dāng)?shù)刎毨?hù)的金融服務(wù)方式、出臺(tái)一批解決金融扶貧難題的政策等實(shí)現(xiàn)金融精準(zhǔn)扶貧的路徑。
[Abstract]:In view of the weak quality of agriculture, combined with the three management modes of peasant household management, farmer management and agricultural cooperative management, this paper analyzes the precise poverty alleviation practices of financial institutions to Dizhuang Village, and realizes the horizontal division of labor in agriculture through large-scale operation. Through the introduction of advanced technology to improve the demand elasticity of agricultural products, through the village committee intervention in cooperatives such as organizational changes to improve farmers' income, the management of the weak nature of agriculture. Summing up and identifying a financial support project, linking a financial support chain between poor farmers and various parties, innovating a financial poverty alleviation product, and developing a series of financial services suitable for poor local households. A number of policies to solve the problem of financial poverty alleviation and other ways to achieve accurate financial poverty alleviation.
