【摘要】：國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)是中國加快推進農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要載體和有力抓手。本文介紹了2011年以來中國國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)的建設(shè)情況,系統(tǒng)歸納國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)建設(shè)的主要做法及成效。研究結(jié)果表明:一是國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)在農(nóng)業(yè)物質(zhì)裝備水平、農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣水平、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營管理水平等方面取得了顯著成效。二是目前國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)在建設(shè)過程中還存在著區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡、建設(shè)水平提升緩慢、示范區(qū)農(nóng)民收入水平依然較低等問題。"十三五"期間,為了加快發(fā)展國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū),應(yīng)當在創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營管理體制機制、發(fā)揮示范區(qū)引領(lǐng)作用、創(chuàng)新資金支持等方面,同時要注重總結(jié)可復(fù)制可推廣模式的成功模式,進一步彰顯示范區(qū)的排頭兵地位。
[Abstract]:The national modern agricultural demonstration area is an important carrier and powerful hand in speeding up the agricultural modernization in China. This paper introduces the construction of the national modern agricultural demonstration area in China since 2011, and systematically summarizes the main methods and results of the construction of the national modern agricultural demonstration area. The results show that: first, the national modern agricultural demonstration area has achieved remarkable results in agricultural material equipment level, agricultural technology extension level, agricultural management and management level and so on. Second, there are still some problems in the construction of the national modern agricultural demonstration area, such as the imbalance of regional development, the slow improvement of the construction level, and the low income level of the peasants in the demonstration area. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, in order to speed up the development of the national modern agricultural demonstration areas, it is necessary to innovate the management system mechanism, give play to the leading role of the demonstration areas, and support innovative funds, etc. At the same time, we should sum up the successful model of replicating and popularizing, and further highlight the vanguard position of the demonstration area.
